This location is my favourite Popeyes as they have prompt service, and clean seating area. Even though they are always busy, management makes sure my order is accurate and fresh. Thank you to the tall gentleman who always makes my visit special.Amazing food!!!

Walked inside and the cashier was counting the money in the register. After counting the money he then began to take our order. And after paying for the food he began to prepare are food. I stopped him and asked him to wash his hands. He asked why? I said because you were just touching the money and you should wash your hands after. Gave me a rude look and went and washed his hands came back and said I’m not touching your food with my hands I’m using the tongs. I said okay great but you should still wash your hands money isn’t clean. ( grabbed all the boxes and the paper mash with his bare hands) I’ve been to many other Popeyes. I’ve seen them wash their hands before I’m not coming back here. This is how people get sick. And then wonder how did I get sick?

Amazing customer serviceJaskaran was really helpfulI don’t really write reviews but I had to for this interaction. I was confused about what to get and jaskaran was leaving his shift and saw me confused and suggested my new favourite item (blacken ranch burger ) and just how kind he was to me and the other customers that were waiting there I was so surprised. He is a great representation of this Popeyes location and I can tell that staff here are very well trained in delivering the best customer service.Thank so much again Popeyes Burlington had a great experience here.

I went to Popeyes after almost a year due to covid and this was the closest location.I ordered a Chicken Sandwich like I used to last year. I got home and saw that they changed the sandwich drastically and removed the tomatoes and lettuce as well as a big chicken piece and replaced the good bread with a soggy, small bun. The 'new' sandwich is nothing less than a horror story.I'm attaching photos of what the 'new and improved' sandwich looks like. Absolutely disgusting with the pickles added to an EXTREMELY OILY, small chicken piece. This is probably the worst sandwich by far. Wendy's sandwich is better than this and costs less. I'm extremely disappointed. Don't think I'll be returning to popeye's ever again if they plan on selling that trash of a sandwich for $7-$10. Not worth the money unless you like eating extremely oily chicken. Adios popeye's. You're off my good list after this disaster sandwich addition.

Order from this location all the time. Today it was 40 degrees out and when I got my food (skip the dishes), my chicken nuggets tasted like sweat! I was disgusted and almost threw up from the visual I got. I understand it must have been brutal in that kitchen, but sweating in the food is a health concern, along with a quality concern.Also, one of the pieces had a bit of hot sauce on it (right out of the box). Ordering from Mary Browns from now on.

Going to any fast-food restaurant, I don't expect much other than my food to be served quickly and it taste good. I recently visited this location and was provided with such exceptional service from a tall bald gentlemen. He has strong customer service skills and recommended good add-ons for my order. He had a small conversation with me and was a very happy man. Most of the time when I go into any fast-food joint, the workers lack a smile or don't engage with the customer. It was nice to see a change for once. I'll make sure when I'm in the area, that I visit this Popeyes again.

So, I'm a little biased because I genuinely think Popeyes is the best fast food out there - that being said you can definitely have a bad Popeyes experience. That is NOT the case with this location. The quality and consistency are incredible. The customer service is unbelievable too. It's become my go-to Popeyes and I suggest you all pop by soon because it's just that good.
