Worst service. I bought a product and it was defective. I went there to exchange but manager told me she cannot help. She asked me irrelevant questions. i showed her transaction but she did not ready to exchange within a week. Worst customer service as it was mentioned on the website that I can exchange if defective. Please go somewhere else don’t shop at dollorama. Employees there are also rude. Pathetic customer service

It is a decent little dollar store that has mostly gift cards and kicthen supplies. They could order better candies and chocolate because most of that is the candies nobody buys.

Always so many interesting products to by at different dollarama locations!My advice, grab them when yourself them because they won't last for long.This dollarama is manageable, not over crowded and always organized. They run short on hot items very fast. Very great customer service from the sales clerks. They actually listen to what you want and help to find the product.Amazing store, would definitely recommend.

Do not buy a gift card from this store. I bought two gift cards from this store and they said they could not print me the little gift card receipts. Both cashiers were hostile and keep repeating they could not help me with this issue. During the holiday season, there has been many gift card scams. Thus, it is important to get those little receipts to put on the card before giving it to others. The manager then said she could not print the receipts or cancel the transaction. So, I am left with these cards not knowing how much is on the cards.

Giving 1 star only. Why? Because a month ago I fell at this location. Boxes on floor aisle and I fell hard. Gave store Mgr report and to date NOTHING from head office.Their silence tells me rhat Dollarama H.O. does not seem to really care about its customers ☹ Sad.

Always friendly staff, whatever need for cheap. Just watch the Backiles This is the Store where the person got stabbed from the homeless person. But they have security there most of the time now. But there for the shoplifters Mainly
