Millennium Park

Some primitive construction so a lot of sketchy features, broken cement and wasted space. But it’s so big that there’s tons of fun stuff and it’s in the heart of the city.

This is a wonderful park and I was lucky finding it and visiting it today. It's a large, large and beautiful area full of flowers but only few seats.Maybe I will be happier if there is an additional number of seats, but it's not an issue as you will discover that it's better to walk there and enjoy other activities rather than only sitting.There are two areas to do activities. First one is a basketball playground where you can play with your friends, but you should bring your own basket ball for sure.Second one is a skateboard playground. Actually, it's a large area, so if you like skating, then it's the destination that you should consider visiting soon.I would suggest you to bring bottles of water with you as you will enjoy staying here for a long time and do many activities.Finally, I took a lot of pictures to show everyone how this park looks like. I recommend everyone to visit this park whenever you want to enjoy walking, skating and playing basketball.

This is a nice public park near downtown and the location for the annual Calgary International Blues Festival every summer for the 4 days leading up to the August long weekend. If you haven't been to the Bluesfest before I would highly recommend that you check it out.

This park is amazing! It's in the heart of downtown so parking can be pricey. There were skateboards, scooters and bmx bikes being used. Unfortunately someone on a motorized dirt bike came onto the park a few times but other than that it was easily one of the best skatepark experiences we've had in Calgary.

Huge park. Lots of great lines. Tons of structures, bowls, rails, stairs, etc.. Was not very busy when we were there. Could use a little bit of a clean up. Over all, really great.

This is a large park full of great obstacles from beginner to advanced...mainly based around a park" styled themed not much for "street" obstacles. Medium and large bowls and an xl...half pipe it's a great time when not busy and still alright when busy but can get packed."

Calgary international blues fest uses this space every year. It's an amazing place for an outdoor concert and festival.

Nice place to skateboard, to have a great time on the grass as well. It has 3 beach volleyball courts that are amazing. You also can take your bike and park near. C-train line blue take to there.

It nice park, I like to spend time here.
