Mike knows what he's doing when it comes to mechanics and transmissions. Mike came highly recomended to me, and it was proven to be justified. He rebuilt my TH400 transmission and installed a stage II shift kit in it at the same time. The results were impressive all around. He rebuilt it within the time line and at a decent price, and he honored his warenty when it developed a minor leak at the modulator valve and rear seal. He fixed it right away and topped up ALL of my vehicle fluids because that's just the type of person he is. You can tell by talking to him that He takes price in his work.

I got him to replace a transfer case on my 90 gmc and first he tried to stick the wrong one in and I caught him and then he put a case from a auto wrecker in and charged me for a rebuilt one. Now the seal blew and cost me another fifteen hundred. This guy is the biggest rip off going and even after that he quoted me thirteen hundred and it was seventeen that I had to pay..DONT GO TO THIS GUY!!!!

Hands down the best mechanic shop anywhere!Not only is the work performed A1, the rates are reasonable and he actually goes out of his way to find you the best deal on parts.I hope he stays in High River for a long time, I wouldn't know where else to go.

Mike and his team replaced my drive shaft on 2010 Toyota rav4, very happy good price and quality work! Highly recommend this shop if you looking for fair and good price and getting your vehicle fixed up.

broke my turbo inlet doing my transmission and won't owen up for it. Way over priced my pitman idler arm and one tirod $1500,00 parts were $600,00 and labour was $900,00 talk about geting screwed. my exahus is going to be atleast $1000,00 to fix just the pipe that got broke alone is worth $300,00 if you like to be played go to mikes.

Got a transmission rebuilt with them. When I got the vehicle back there was no transmission fluid in it. Drove 10 feet and wouldn't drive any farther. They didn't know how to start my truck and they were throwing all kinds of new parts into it making my bill higher. In the end I had to take it to Calgary to another guy who fixed it properly

People please be careful!! There is a reason this shop is so cheap! Took a truck in for an electrical issue and Mike not only drilled random holes in my dash that I did not give him permission too but he also just about burnt my truck down with a terrible wiring job!This has not been my only problem either, we used to take some work trucks there and I had him replace a steering box and all front end parts in a newer chev. We asked him to use NEW OEM Chevrolet parts, but after I noticed that he had not really fixed the problem we took it down the road to Rocky Mountain equipment where they informed us that he had used scrap yard parts and actually made the problem worse.This shop is a danger to people on the roads.

I took my RV to another shop for an Out of Province Inspection, based on their 5 star reviews. Big mistake. They charged me $400 for the inspection and wanted to repair" the RV for another $2800. The RV with 100k on the clock had been inspected a year previously in BC and had only done another 2k since then which they were fully aware of. They were still shocked when I refused the repair and to pay the re-inspection fee of $100. I took my RV to Mike's and had it inspected for $175 and it passed without problems even though I gave them the failed inspection report from the other shop. We took our other 2 cars to Mike's as well and that cost $350 for both including a minor repair required on one of them."

Good lord. He passed a safety on a vehicle I was interested in buying when it was obvious even to me, that there were serious issues. It had a giant crack in the windshield but he had that marked as all good along with other things... found out later that he knew the guy selling the vehicle and likely was doing him a favor. I didnt buy the vehicle for this reason. Wouldnt trust him after that!
