I am extremely impressed at the amazing design and quality work they consistently do. DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM ROSEMOUNT! IT WILL BE THE GREATEST MISTAKE YOU EVER MAKE! Rosemount prides itself on boasting about its family values, excellent workmanship and proven track record to build trust, but this is the biggest lie of all time. Rosemount is one of the most DISHONEST and UNETHICAL builders I have ever encountered. We were purchasing a home with them and were given all the information and pricing to do so. We spent many days going over the details, pricing and layout and met and spoke with KAYLA at their sales center many times to ensure we had everything we needed to move forward. We went to the bank (got all deposits), the mortgage approval and got everything we needed to sign the contract. Once it came time to sign the paperwork, we were advised that the price had gone up to $25,000. This didn't make any sense as just a week before we were told the price and prepped the deposits and mortgage approval as per this pricing. KAYLA advised the builder was doing this to all the families that recently purchased a home. When I asked why she could not provide me with a good reason, this was the saddest part as we met some of the other home purchasers, and they were hard-working families. It became clear to me the random price increase was due to the builder's greed. Rosemount is disgusting because they used misleading and deceptive marketing practices; they lied to us throughout the process and then baited and switched the price right before we were supposed to sign. Rosemount is GREEDY, DISHONEST and UNETHICAL, and the biggest mistake you can make is choosing to purchase a home from them.

Joe and his team were second to none. My wife and I bought a home in escarpment vista in Grimsby and were incredibly happy with the quality of both the home and the service we received from Joe and Melania.Highly recommend.
