Lawrence was very helpful in helping us with booking espace for our wedding. He detailed the services that he could provide that worked with our schedule and budget and spent a lot of time in making sure we had everything we needed before the big day. Thank you for making our day so much less stressful, cannot recommend him enough!

It's such a shame cause some parts of the studio were actually beautiful. I was seriously considering doing a photoshoot there because pricing was very reasonable. However, the interactions I had with the staffing deterred me. Unless they change, I would not recommend at this time.As a reply to below: ? I'm not sure who you're talking about? But I can see the reply to this Janet and Leo multiple times. Also, you can see from the response below the type of backlash you get when you get on their bad side. Generally businesses apologize and try to do better. It seems that whoever Janet or Leo is, they've touched a nerve. I'm sorry you had such a bad interaction but please don't take it out on other clients. All the best.

Espace, more specifically Katherine, were really helpful in finding us our dream venue! They collated a list that perfectly matched our budget and vision, and were great in steering us in the right direction with regards to managing expectations. Great service. And I agree with the previous review, this is perfect if there is another washroom available. =)

Espace is definitely the perfect venue for small weddings. Karen and her team were amazingly friendly and helpful. Communication was quick and they were very flexible with our change requests. We knew that the space looked really nice, but they completely blew our expectations on the day of when everything was setup. They were very detail oriented and really showed that they cared and respected us. One of the staff would constantly remind us (bride and groom) to eat and drink more water, and was such a sweet gesture. I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone who are looking to do a small wedding or even event planning!

I held my 30th birthday celebration here, and from the immediate consultation up until the day of the event, Lawrence was incredible to work with. He was always available to answer any questions, he was accommodating, detail oriented and flexible. He answered any and all questions, and provided alternative solutions for anything he was not able to provide. He provided me with tables, chairs, decor, lighting, sound and beautiful backdrops that worked as incredible photo-opps for my guests. I did have some private feedback for him with a few concerns and he handled it with the utmost professionalism and even offered to compensate me! I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking to host a micro-event, it is not only beautiful but Lawrence is amazing to work with! He ensured my event ran smoothly and I am so grateful for that. I would dismiss all the negative reviews as it is clearly written by a group of individuals who are attempting to bash this business. Lawrence you are the best and all professionals should take notes from your character and demeanor!!! Thanks again

Karen and her team are dream weavers - whatever you envision, they execute to perfection. And if you are not sure what you want, their exquisite taste means you are in safe hands. And the best part is that they do it all with the utmost professionalism, efficiency, passion, and aplomb, ensuring you do not have any unnecessary stress whatsoever during this sometimes daunting process. Karen even helped us wash banquet plates in her own home!My wife and I are so grateful for a wedding beyond our wildest dreams, with minimal fuss and incredible results. Thank you Espace!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Espace Studio. The staff are all very nice, patient and friendly.During the planning of our micro-wedding, I had the pleasure of working with Katherine. Katherine was amazing and went above and beyond. Despite how many questions I had, Katherine was always patient, sweet and responsive. She walked me through the event run-down and coordinated with all the different vendors, which really helped alleviate the stress from my end. Because of Katherine, we truly felt like our wedding was in good hands.On the day of the wedding, Karen Li and Karen Tsui also assisted with ensuring the event would run smoothly. The ladies were very proactive, attentive, and reassuring whenever I felt nervous. They also helped me walk around in my dress whenever I was struggling, and even helped my mother-in-law touch up her make up.Lastly, I would like to give thank Thomas Chung and his team for being our photographer/ videographer. We had a very tight timeline for photos that day, but Thomas's team came very prepared. The team was professional, and instructed us on how to pose and made us feel at ease. We had a couple of minor requests on the final edited video (based on personal preference), and Thomas was very prompt and accommodating with our requested changes. Despite the short time we had shooting with Thomas, our photos and video turned out amazing :).It was a pleasure working with the team at Espace, and I would highly recommend the studio to anyone without hesitation.

EDIT:For whoever is reading the reviews, I just want you to know that Lawrence (owner/employee at ESPACE studios) is continuing to comment on every low review that it is “Janet and Leo” while also, falsely accusing that I have made fake accounts to write those reviews. However, if you click on each account that left a lower rating, you will see that they are REAL accounts owned by people. The owner of this studio is truly unprofessional and their negative attitude should be a true testament to the quality of customer service you would get if you decide to book with them.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I was not going to disclose the details of the discussions made with the studio but because they have made their comment below, I am editing my review.Lawrence’s response below states that the booking is not for 20 people but the website clearly says that if the booking is for 2hours+ it is limited to 20 people—which is the time slot we were looking to book.As well, the conversation did include us asking whether a partial deposit or a full payment is required for the booking and the studio responded full payment, which we were fine with. However, the studio got offended that we were insinuating that their business would be bankrupt and blocked my husband’s number.Finally, I did not expect the studio to block off a time until we made the payment but because we were working with them for a couple a weeks in order to fine tune the details, to have the courtesy to reach out and let us know whether a decision to book should be made asap (especially since I had followed up via email and there was no response).I was working with Lawrence for the past couple of weeks and we were working through the details to book the studio for my wedding photoshoot. However, he ended up giving the date/time slot to someone else after not responding to my follow-up email (I had even visited the studio for a tour of the space earlier in the week) for 2 days. It was not until I followed up again that he told me someone else had booked and made the payment. It was truly an unfortunate event because the space was nice but, I felt that the professionalism and customer service was just not there. I would not recommend especially if you are planning for a big event because the scheduling/booking was very disorganized and stressful.

We got married at the CORAL WHITE Room at Espace Studio and we couldn't have asked for a better location! The venue is gorgeous, the view is amazing, the staff are super accommodating and we had an incredible time. Highly recommended as an event space!
