I was falsely accused of shoplifting loud and publicly. When I asked to see these videos that have me stealing multiple times " the incompetent employee refers me to the manager who never returns my phonecard."

It's ok. Staff is nice, and have low stock of a variety of brands.

LCBO not to many ways to go wrong at this place.Pleanty of good choices.There displays have really brightened up.Friendly service, manager seems to manage store well.The only thing I could do without is the adult looking cartoon character/ security guard Arthur who stares everyone down. He somehow manages to take shopping un-fun. Which is near impossible for me. Otherwise great store.

Wow the staff here is disgusting I just witnessed them kick a man out because he had a service dog! The man even showed documentation showing that the dog was an approved ESA and the staff member tried to snatch the documents out of the customers hands. They were very rude and aggressive to this customer and kicked him out!!! You need to retrain you staff. I felt so bad for this poor customer as the staff treated him like garbage for having a service animal. I will be speaking to head office about the harassment I witnessed on this poor customer... below is a screen shot of the lcbo's policy when it comes to service animals and this customer went in with a disability, had a service animal to help with said disability and the staff threatened to call the police. If that's how you treat people with disabilities, that's disgraceful and you should all be ashamed of yourselves for singling that customer out when he had proper documentation disgraceful!!!!

I like this store. Very friendly staff. Good selection of liquor and wine both domestic and international

Double charged me. When I notified them they said they would fix it no problem.4 visits to the store to be pretty much called a lier.So a government company burnt me for my money then makes every excuse possible to not refund my money.New manager is a real piece of work.Very unprofessional calling me bro and dude in our phone conversation.Some of their staff is very rude as well .You know who you are..

The downtown location doesn't have the widest selection due to its size, but the staff here is incredibly friendly more so than in most retail environments.

The employees here are always so sweet! I don't come often so when I do I tend to have to ask where things are and they're always super helpful and kind whenever I do..

Avoid this location if you can, service is ok. But if you have an issue with your vehicle in their parking lot then you better talk to the manager ASAP. If you don’t you will get towed. As a crown corporation I assumed that a ticket would be the worst that could happen in a 24hr period. I was wrong, yes I left my car for exactly 24 hours, now I have about $400 in cost to get it back. Don’t worry LCBO you keep up the great work. Overpaid government Union workers won’t give you the benefit of the doubt. I’ll be contacting our local Liberal, Chris to see why he supports the government imposing this policy on his constituents. Tow first ask questions later. Just remember Liberals are RICH, WHITE, & ELITE.

Avoid this store only due to it's small size and limited selection.
