Sandy is an amazing trainer and coach. No matter if your just starting out and worried that your not fit enough to do this or if you have been exercising for many years, SO Fitness and Sandy Osler meets you where your at guides you to be healthier and stronger version of you! Sandy and all SO Fitness coaches are motivating, knowledgeable, and accommodating. All coaches are certified and I trust them to keep me safe. They also will make accommodations for any injury, or in my case, adjusting to new medications, food habits, and sleep schedules.Their classes and courses are for all ages, levels, and sizes. It is an inclusive and supportive environment - Sandy has created and nurtured a community of supportive and incredible people. I am so grateful for Sandy and everyone at SO Fitness for helping me achieve my goals and accomplish things I never thought I could do. Whether you have worked out every day of your life or you are just starting out, this is the place for you. I recommend SO Fitness to anyone looking to be empowered and feel stronger than ever.

I first began training with Coach Sandy at SO Fitness on January 2nd 2023. With limited exposure to any fitness programs, I jumped right in with DEKA training. My first class was a little daunting, but Sandy is amazing to work with. She genuinely cares about the well being of the SO Fitness Team, and with smaller class sizes, there is more focus on individual development.I soon discovered that DEKA training is a perfect fit for me, as it’s suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Being part of a strong, supportive Team led by Coach Sandy is truly empowering.This has been such a rewarding experience thus far. I am 60 years old and just getting started!

Sandy is amazing and SO Fitness has become my happy place. Sandy's classes are fantastic for every fitness and age level.
