Very friendly service, thanks for Doctor Diane and Erin, and staff Eric and the lady at front desk. The whole visit was professional, sweet and patient, they showed me the price before we start the service. I was really comfortable with them and my dog was much more calm and less nervous compare with other clinic I went to. Definitely a good animal clinic to recommend for all my other family and friends. Thank you!

They are the best. Lovely, compassionate and knowledgable staff from the front desk, to the vet techs to the doctors. Never a revolving door of different vets which was important to me.

Best animal clinic in all GTA!I’ve been taking my dog there since I got her, even after moving away I still drive all the way downtown to see them. The staff is amazing - very friendly and kind.They also have a groomer in-house and she’s really good.They have direct billing with pet insurances which is a life saver honestly.I’m so sad I won’t be able to go there because I’m moving provinces. (Lunchbox Sunny will miss you all!)

They are really good and kind. My vet was very knowledgeable and polite. She took care of my cats very well and gave detailed descriptions on the tests and next steps.

It's been 6 years ago, so this review is old. I brought my kitten in to get neutered. Everything was fine until a needle booster wasn't put in properly and apparently was damaged. My kitten leg was swollen up. They promised to refund around $400, but I had never heard from them back since, and I refuse to come back.

Wow, im from out west, and i cannot believe how much the vets in toronto rob you blind. I was quoted almost a 1000$ to have my male cat neutered. Called my vet in Alberta, its going to be 201.13$. So its cheaper to have my cat shipped to Alberta and back to be neutered then it is to walk him 4 blocks

Typical EXPENSIVE Vet. I've had many dogs. Sport dogs! I asked for a rate on a ear cleaning. Based on factors I know. They want me to make 2 trips. One for a consultation... $125...then do the cleaning at another 2 hours...at an open dollar amount.... I need to open a clinic to over charge people!

It’s not my regular vet. I use it to pick up “special“ diet items as they have a good selection of food and treats in stock. That I can buy without prescription. Which is very handy as I live very nearby.

It's too expensive, and dont tell u the price upfront . Service is good, that's why 1 star. They literally just checked my dog .... thtss itt. Charged me 300 plus dollars ....for a checkup?Make me pay for medication an extra 200 dollars .... and then suggested food that only they sell, but i found it in a pet store for way more cheaper.I went to a different clinic.... they checked... did a test and medication and charged me only 120 for all.At least let us know the price upfront .Before you just say so its $300 dollars

Dr Richardson and the team at TAC are outstanding. We travel 20 minutes to get to them because we trust them implicitly. They have been through thick and thin with us and we are so grateful for their care and patience. They also have the BEST customer service with their amazing front desk staff. And we love their vet techs!!!They are all kind and caring and very approachable and have helped us through more random requests than anyone else!Highly recommend.
