Hygieia Medical Clinic
I really don't understand all the bad reviews on here. I love this clinic. Originally, my husband came to the clinic and he loved it so much, I decided to follow. The girls at the front desk, especially Hazel, are great to deal with. I had an emergency and she got me in right away. The girls make a scary situation a lot easier to face when they laugh and joke around with you. Both Dr. Tupper and Dr.Lee were GREAT to work with. They understood my concerns and out of 6 doctors I've seen in the last 2 months, they are the only ones who actually care enough to put in the extra time to help. I am more than willing to drive across the city to continue coming to this awesome clinic.

This clinic needs to hire a good receptionist that more efficient and good at customer service. the patient comes to the clinic due to a medical problem and here the receptionist causes more stress and anxiety to the patient, it is really not good.

Best doctors clinic I've been to, the ladies up front in reception are always so kind and helpful. The doctors especially Dr Tyson Warner are incredible, great beside manner, takes the time to get through each health concern and does everything he can to find a resolution to my health issues. He really cares about his patients and he is very knowledgeable.

Dr Venter is a dedicated, amazing family physician! He listens carefully to his patients. He is thorough and he saved my life by sending me to a cardiac specialist who repaired a genetic problem with my heart. My care throughout my recovery was exceptional. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a competent , knowledgeable, compassionate doctor!

Dr Venter is an excellent, thorough practitioner. He is caring, always engages if I have any issues or concerns, and is just an all around great doctor. My appointments are on time and the ladies at the front are efficient and pleasant. I am very lucky to have him as my doctor!

Dr. Venter is a wonderful caring man and I am so happy we have him as a doctor. He encourages his patients to voice their concerns and is compassionate. I drive half an hour from the NW to see him - he’s the best! The clinic is very clean and the support staff are friendly.

The doctor here is consistently dismissive of valid complaints and concerns. Finding a new doctor who actually will do their job and provide care for all patients. Not sure how he has such great reviews…

She will go the full distance to see that you get all the care required.She will always take the time to answer any questions and explain anything thoroughly.The staff as well have always been very kind and accommodating.
