Customer service with a few employees is less then desirable. A suggestion to the owner/employees of this store. Instead of completely canceling someone's order due to delivery issues. Call them, since you ask for a call back number, and ask if pick up might be an option for them. Instead of coming across nervous and scared to relay trivial information, customer service training could go along way.

Great people offering wonderful service. So much more than just flower. Picked up topical lotion, bath bombs and specialized beverages.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Even if trying weed for the first time or new to it for medicinal reasons as their prices for the quality you are getting is by far the best in Chatham! The staff was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the industry insuring they have the best products for their customers! Luxurious with a welcoming warm feeling as soon as I walked in, felt like the Louis Vuitton for cannabis. Furthermore, amongst many great items that was recommended the Sin mint cookie was my favourite, super strong and great taste! The budds were also a generous size with no pop corn nugs. Pluto is definitely my new spot for whenever I’m in Chatham as the service and quality is unmatched in comparison to We Store, Higher limits, Herbologi and True North!

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly when I visited this location. The low price guarantee can not be beat anywhere that I've seen in the area. Great merchandise as well that looks good and is super comfortable. Overall great experience Can't wait to go back !
