Richard is a professional engineer! My furnace had a damage one year ago and I asked two other workers came to fix it, but it still made a terrible noise and didn’t work very well until I found Richard. He detected the real problem and fix it very quickly! I’m so happy that I found him!

I found Richard to be very prompt and knowledgeable about the right kind of water heater I needed for my house. He showed me the differences in price and warranties which made the decision to buy that much easier. He showed up when he said he would, installed it on schedule and cleaned up after the install. I would highly recommend his service to anyone in the Vancouver market. Call him, you won't be sorry!

Excellent service for 10 years. Honest, competent and responds quickly to requests. I have used Larter's plumbing for my gas furnace and heating system, and to install a new water tank.
