Saje Natural Wellness

The products are great, but I'll stick to ordering online. Their customer service is awful. You're totally ignored even if there aren't other customers, and/or as other reviewers have noted, you're harassed. I can't imagine their store lasting much longer when people walk out without buying things.

Staff are very helpful which is a must at shops like these. I attended a yoga event they held which was a wonderful experience and amazing marketing on their end!

walked into the store at the same time as another customer and, therefore, wasn't greeted or helped. looked at the sleep aid oils for 2 minutes before leaving without being spoken to. I've heard good things about the products and I thought some of the oils might help with my insomnia but I didn't know what to buy for myself since no one helped me. I have no reason to go back.

Sheradyn was super helpful with explaining the products, what they’re used for and how they would benefit me. It was my first time shopping at Saje and she was extremely patient and understanding. Would highly recommend!

This company is 100% a joke. Do not buy products unless you’re looking for disappointment. Lack of response to problems on their end. Ordered one diffuser, didn’t work, requested refund and instead they immediately shipped out a replacement product. Second diffuser arrived and was also faulty. Sent both back, received confirmation of delivery, and have yet to see a refund to my account. This was 30+ days ago. Saje customer “support” has not responded to my communication since. Will continue waiting to hear from you, Saje, and watching my credit card statement.

Went into to buy maternity creams and was greeted by an extrememly unpleasant employee who demanded i sanitize using her sanitizer after watching me sanitize with my own and then she made a scene when i turned to walk out because she was rude and she chased me through the store yelling at me for no reason! I'm completely appalled by her behaviour! I would really love to speak with the owner of this location!!

My fiancée and I have never been to Saje before and decided to check it out. The first person we met was Christina and she gave us the best first time experience, she is extremely knowledgeable with any product she recommends! All the staff is super nice as well and know what there talking about but we really appreciate how above and beyond Christina went. Because of her positive approach we will be forever customers and tell all our friends and family about Saje. I never need Advil and I’ve cut back using my inhalers (for asthma) ever since I bought the products she suggested. We highly recommend!
