Great service. I saw Emily for an assessment and she explained my foot issues way better then the Podiatrist I used to see. She was patient and answered any questions I had. Would recommend Bio Ped.

Having had multiple foot issues, I’ve been going to Toronto’s Beach Bioped for a few years. The staff are very knowledgeable and were able to identify the sources of my problems. Then by creating custom orthotics onsite (and tweaking them to fit me perfectly), and also by inserting some supports into my sandals and slippers which do not have a removable insole to accommodate orthotics, they addressed all of my foot problems and I have pain-free, happy feet. Bioped’s staff are professional and friendly, and I recommend the Beach location highly.

I have to agree with many of the comments. Kimberly was exceptional and very helpful too! Informative and careful to share the details and make sure that I was getting a custom experience with my knee brace. The facility is clean and their system is quick. I appreciated the service and valued the customer service received. Thank you!

What a rip off. $550 for pair of custom made insoles. This is clear indication that as long as some suffer health wise, there will always be those that will benefit from it. Those without insurance, just don't go there. If you are a billionaire, well that is different.

Excellent place to get your orthotics. Calvin provided a wealth of knowledge and advice on how to maintain good foot health. He also took the time to critique my footwear and noted what traits you should look for when buying new shoes. I'm one week into breaking-in my orthotics and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend it!

I have had a wonderful experience at BioPed Beach with Dr. Kimberley Coates. She gave my wife and I one on one attention, spent time addressing our needs, ordered shoes for us, and adapted them to provide maximum comfort. We recommend anyone to visit Dr. Kimberley for any orthopaedic needs.
