ordered a cookie tray for Xmas eve. pre-ordered in 20 and paid in advanced and was suppose to pick up xmas eve day did not end up getting A ORDER" until 6pm that even was not even what we ordered it was a cake so I'm sure someone else went without. She came into sydney to do delivery and did not have ours and had no intention on filling our order the only reason we got what she gave us was my wife made a stink. Then her boyfriend proceeded to say we bullied them into wanting something for free when all we want was what we paid for. There is more to write but I'm sure you get the point I wouldn't even give this place one star if that was possible. The owner still hasn't reach out to apologize she is total ripped numerous people off on Xmas."

Ordered a cake for pickup wasto be between 2 and 3 . So waited. Because cake was cooling. Ciuld be picked ip at 4 pm already late for the party. .The young lady that owns the place is very abrupt.The end if the story was we never got the care and no contact.she did not answer door or the phone.She has no concern fir her customersThe owner is very rude sent an insulting email and blocked her.NOT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.

This lady is terrible.i ordered a cheese cake for Friday told me no problem around 2 and 3 ,I showed up rang bell 5 times and knocked so door was opened so I went in to porch and yelled and she came out and told me b by 4 went back and she wouldn't answer when I got ahold of her she said she was out.that is not professional and she had dogs running around the kitchen .she has terrible manners .not a good buosness
