Jacuzzi Aurora

Last year we wondered into Aurora Outdoor Living for pricing information on the Arctic Ocean Swim Spa. Connie was very helpful and took the time to provide us with a quote and answer our questions even though we were nowhere near ready to purchase. We remembered the great service and knew it was where we wanted to buy our spa when the time came.In April, we contacted Connie and Within one month, we placed the order and received our hot tub. We were provided with all costs up front and no surprises. Gary and Connie were even able to accommodate our request to have the swim spa delivered in time for us to enjoy over the May long weekend. Gary and his employee Kurt were both very professional and skilled when it came to the delivery. None of our grass was damaged which we thought was unavoidable. Since delivery, Gary has been to our house a few times to bring start up supplies and test the water, we could not be happier with the service provided and have been enjoying our family time in the tub :)

I purchased a brand new Arctic Spa from Aurora Outdoor Living and could not be happier with the product or the service. The spa for me was a fairly major purchase and the staff was informative and patient with me while I made my decision. They have continued to be supportive and answer any questions I have and perform frequent water tests for me.Once the tub was purchased and the delivery date was set the tub arrived on time and without incident, despite the fact that I live in a rural area about 30 minutes from the store. Connie even arranged for an electrician and a water truck to be onsite so I didn’t have to worry about it.The costs were all laid out for me in advance, and the numbers did not change at all after the delivery and installation. There were no hidden costs or complications – everything was I was told it was going to be.Aurora Outdoor Living is a family run business – and you can tell their customer service is important to them. I prefer to support family business where I can and in this case it paid off for sure!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Jeff (from Jacuzzi Ontario - Aurora) was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional to work with. All my questions were answered thoroughly and immediately. The product was delivered on time and installed very professionally. And the product itself (Sanctuary 2 Sauna) is definitely living up to all the other 5 star reviews.

I am a new hot tub owner, and Jenn was fantastic throughout the whole research, purchase, delivery and maintenance education process. She explained everything clearly ensuring I understood fully and helped me decide on the best size for my needs. Site visits by both Jenn and the electrician was a huge help and made the installation process go so smoothly. The whole team was great, no surprise costs, installation issues, maintenance procedures, etc. During my research process I was looking at other manufactures, and I am SO happy I went with Jacuzzi and the Aurora location. This is a large purchase and you need to know that the brand you pick and the vendor selling it to you will be there for you when you need them and provide quality product and service. The BEST! PRICING, CUSTOMER SERVICE, HARD WORKING & FRIENDLY! Stop shopping around and just go in and visit Connie and Gary. I did all my research online, spent hours shopping around but once I went in to touch and feel the tubs I met Connie and Gary and knew this was the place I wanted to do business. I was so impressed with Aurora Outdoor Living that I hired Gary and his team for my landscaping projects. Had a few start up problems with water quality, but ladies down in aurora Jacuzzi were able to guide me through the steps to resolve my problem.Jenn actually came to view and sorted it out. Great service.Very happy with our purchase.

Super shady business with the worst customer service. Our Jacuzzi was bought brand new by our designer that did our entire backyard a year ago. A month ago, the entire control panel on the top of the unit completely stopped working, even though the unit is a year old. We call Jacuzzi Aurora for a service call and they say someone will call us back. We wait a week with no call, so we call again and they say we just have to wait, that someone will for sure be calling back. We wait ONE more week with still no call, so we call a third time and this time are told they have no history of us ever calling in! Finally they promise to send someone out.The tech Alex shows up, and before he's even within 20 feet of the unit he declares that this is my biggest nightmare!" as we have trek composite deck built around the Jacuzzi. He starts going off about why do people build decks or things around the Jacuzzi and so on

We recently bought a spa from Jacuzzi.I must say, we have been enjoying it immensely! It’s even better than we thought it would be.Plus, dealing with Brad Hotchkiss and the Jacuzzi Team was a rarely found and very impressive customer service experience.There was no pressure and from the beginning to this day Brad, always friendly, was easy to get a hold of and took care of our every question and concern.The electricians were pros and the installation team was top of the line and both went out of their way and showed respect for our home.What a pleasant experience from start to finish!We highly recommend Brad Hotchkiss and the Jacuzzi Team!

Great prices on hot tub and they have excellent customer service. Very helpful and they walk me though the whole process. This is my first hot tub. Cassandra was my sale person she is very nice and really helpful. Connie & David help me understand the process of maintaining my first hot tub. Thank you guys.
