Lavender and Lemon were in to clean our windows - inside and outside. Friendly, efficient, excellent results.

Lavender and Lemon provide regular cleaning services for my home. I just recently had their professionals do the window cleaning for my whole house. They did an absolutely exceptional job! I have a big house with many many windows and they all sparkled! My windows and sills have not been this clean for years. I am very impressed and so thankful for everything they did. I would highly recommend this service!

Today was our first clean by Lavender and Lemon. They do an initial estimate and then send someone in to clean. They did an excellent and thorough job of our home and didn't let it phase them when contractors turned up unexpectedly to fit some doors, just carried on cleaning around them! Really impressed, looking forward to having them back.

We had our windows cleaned inside and out recently and we were very satisfied with all aspects of the service. The team was professional, thorough and friendly. They left everywhere clean and tidy. The windows SPARKLED! We highly recommend their service.

Have had this company cleaning our house for just over six months and they have been excellent. Also, recently had them clean our windows before the summer. Windows were cleaned both inside and out as well as the screens. Expectational job, windows look fantastic. Highly recommended.

Lavender and Lemon Cleaning Co. is a very professional, reliable company. From the start with Craig and Kelly to do estimates and scheduling, through regular cleanings done by Rachel - who is very organized, on time, professional and pleasant. I highly recommend them.

We have had great cleaners with this company unfortunately because of turnover this has not lasted. We have been with L&L less than a year and have had 4 cleaners - 2 great and 2 not so much! We originally wanted a cleaning company/cleaner because both myself and father have cancer (I am also my father's caregiver) and I also have a toddler. This was to alleviate some of the stress and responsibilities I have to worry about. Unfortunately the opposite has occurred; it has caused more stress and frankly has become extremely expensive as items have been damaged, broken or just not treated with respect!. Furthermore, whole rooms have been deliberately missed (and I say deliberately as I find it rather hard to believe tha-=][[[t someone would just forget a whole room).A Team Leader has come out on a few occasions (this past time was extremely disappointing and frankly a disaster). After this occurs, our cleaner would do a great cleaning job but this was very very short lived. This last cleaning, my son's small table top easel which we have in the corner of the basement playroom/living space (and is used primarily for his magnants was moved to our toy shelving unit and placed on top of over toys. Before I even had a chance to notice it had not been returned to it's rightful place my son pulled it down and it fell on him! At this point I noticed it had been broken; because I found one of the small pieces. However when I went to see where that piece fit and where it was broken, I noticed that both sides were in fact broken. Here is my issue, if in fact my son broke it (which would have been a direct link to it being in the WRONG place) I should have found all broken pieces - not JUST one! This has NOT been the first time something has been broken, and while I completely get that accidents do happen, there are some things that are just not accidents (the easel would not have been broken if left where it originally was). We also had a collectable plate broken and I was told that someone would be contacting me about this - well (not) surprisingly this NEVER occurred.Also during this cleaning, I have a card table set out with various piles of old family photos that I have been working on when I have a spare minute to scan and digitalize. These were also completely disregarded and thrown into a photo box along with heat transfer vinyl that I had on this table as well to make some custom shirts - TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE as some things just should not be touched and frankly if they wanted to clean this table so badly (which was not dirty anyways!), why not simple move the piles to the floor clean the table and then careful place them back where they originally where?????UPDATE: No one has YET to contact me from L&L ... I received an email from Leah, stating that the owner would be reaching out either today or tomorrow (that was on April 4 and NEVER happened)...again they stated this in their response here. I am doubtful that this will occur and highly believe this is all show"...I support small businesses where possible. However

We are very pleased with the window cleaning done by L&L! The windows are noticeably cleaner and they were very efficient. I will definitely be hiring them again!

From the initial consultation with Craig, to emailing and scheduling with Stephanie, to the team member who comes each week to our home, we get the best service possible. Each week, we find that our home is treated with the utmost respect, and is cleaned to our high standards. While cleaning a house may seem like a simple task, and may be easy to treat it that way; we have found that only Lavender and Lemon cleans with a high attention to detail and puts in the elbow grease that is required to keep a home sparking. They are detail-oriented, as can been seen through things like diffusing essential oils while cleaning, and filling up a flower vase with fresh water. We're very thankful that they are part of the team that makes our home work each week.
