Ordered a poutine and received it with almost no gravy. Most of it was dry. Contacted the store and they told me this is how much gravy comes with a poutine, if I wanted more I should have asked for more and paid extra, Sad really, a poutine comes with three expected ingredients, and I barely got two of them.Go somewhere else! Lots of options around here. Alexandra's Fairviews quality is low and their customer service is awful!

Their website adversised real bacon for their Garlic fingers (and other items) I got whatever excuse for bacon this is... Ground pork maybe? Certainly not bacon, nor is it advertised properly. Get your **** together Alexandra's...... I won't be ordering again. False advertising.

Hair in my food. Uncooked dough. Extremely rude staff/manager when I brought up any issues, I have worked in kitchens my whole life and the manager decided to try and gaslight me into thinking my order was fine when the pizza had raw dough just dripping off, covered the whole pie in sauce/over the crust, I couldn’t even pick it up. Only bought food from them as I work nights and it was the only option open, I’ve had issues with them before. When I asked for a refund the manager literally accused me of trying to get a free pizza but I couldn’t even eat it/want it so idk why he felt the need to be so rude. 100% won’t be going back.

I ordered delivery for lunch which I don’t normally do.I ordered a club and fries. Well the toast was so burned on half the sandwich I had to separate what I could eat and toss the remaining.Completely disappointing

Undercooked dough, burnt toppings, rude service.called in to ask for refund or a new pizza but was very rude and said only can do 15% discount. What's the point if I'm not going to go again?never going ever again.

It was absolutely disgusting I ordered a clubhouse with fries and gravy the club was so dry it wasn’t fit I cut my mouth trying to eat it there was no chicken on it at all and the small pieces that were there had to of been a week old. They smothered my fries in gravy which is normally a good thing but they were so soggy and you could tell the chips underneath had been just sitting around for a while they were fresh. Highly disappointed.

Ordered poutine. One regular and one donair, and I requested onions and tomatoes on the donair poutine.They came with very little gravy and no tomatoes/onions. They said we had to pay extra or the gravy and didn’t offer to fix the situation

Portions are small, and under cooked, it’s 14.00 for a small cheese pizza! Better pizza places to order from in Fairview area ! Do not recommend 3/10

Love Alexandra's pizza! Before the pandemic, we had their pizza several times. This time we got two large pizzas. They were still delicious as usual, but this time the broccoli disappointed me a little bit. Generally I like the broccoli on Alexandra's pizza, but this time we can barely find the broccoli. I still like their pizza tho, I definitely wanna try different kinds of pizza next time!
