I really like the way they are managing property. No need to worry about anything after you hire Sage living.Repair service,maintainence, any paperwork everything.Shelby from accounting really went above and beyond to get money recover from previous tanent related to floor damages.Overall I am satisfied with the service.They will keep you posted time to time.

This is the worst place to go and live in they charge 200 $ per month for parking and the parking station was 1 km away on 338 albert street. I recommend never to come here or buy any kind of rental property from them.

This management office is totally a disaster for house owners and tenants. They are running at very low efficiency, a slacking lady and a new training student staff are responding in a super slow manner in person and not helpful. There are long lines outside the office. Simply picking a key will cost you couple visits and long wait outside of their door. If you call, there’s never someone to answer. If you email, expect they respond after a week or so. The sage living clearly cannot afford hiring a qualified staff to assist house owners and tenants. Poor management level, unpleasant experience dealing with them.Sage living is a truely Slow-Age living.

I really appreciated the timeliness of Sage's property management team in helping me rent out my unit. In addition, I really appreciated Patrick's communication and work behind the scenes. I needed Sage's help in renting out my unit under a very tight timeline. Sage and Patrick quickly helped us set up a tenant in time, which helped us out immensely. I cannot thank them enough!

They gave me a fraud contract and a garbage centre as living place. I request to terminate the contract, they Said YES, then changed their mind after 3 days. I can't imagine how they can do this. Here are some pictures from their condo.

As of today I completed the lease and payment process for a term that will begin in the Fall. Over the past week I had the pleasure of having Natalia as a representative to guide me through this entire process. Natalia consistently exceeded any expectations I had for such a representative. Indeed, I have no doubt that my ultimate satisfaction was of the utmost priority to her. To be concrete, the following are a few illustrative examples of my above claim:(1) Natalia was never delayed in her responses despite the large magnitude of emails she encounters on a daily basis . Moreover, not only that, but each individual email was very thoughtful, detail-orientated and immensely kind.(2) When first searching for the unit that was of the most interest to me, I was very satisfied with any available unit that remained. However, I mentioned to Natalia that one additional aspect to my suite would change my state from very satisfied to ecstatic. Surely enough, upon mentioning it, Natalia searches through the databases to determine whether any units with such addition remain and, shortly thereafter, replies back with the news that one such unit will be available.(3) When I had some questions/concerns about conditions posed in the lease agreement, Natalia instantly set up a phone call for later that day, from her personal phone no less, so that she could allay these questions/concerns. When a minor mistake was noticed in the lease agreement, she voided the corrupted one immediately and had an entire new drafted by that same evening!I really cannot thank Natalia enough for all her support throughout that process!General remarks: I was vastly impressed with how organized Sage Living Inc. was in general. In particular, when first applying, I was sent a spreadsheet containing all possible units that will be available, and, included with each one, were numerous details such as, but are not limited to, the room number, square footage, unit type and in addition they had tailored virtual tours and floor plans attached. The payment process was swift and easy through their online portal for residents and is highly secure.Many many thanks!!Kindest regards,Ben

I had to terminate my lease early and the leasing admin team was always available to help me throughout the entire process! Thank you so much to Sandra and Romana for always being friendly and patient with me. I had a good experience living in Platinum 1 too, every time I had any issues (e.g. snow bank blocking my parking spot, oven light not working, etc), they were resolved fairly quickly.

The management services are very poorly done. You can never get a hold of anyone when you need them. For repairs, accounting, general questions. The only time you hear from them is when they need money or to advise of increases. Currently looking for a new managment company to take care of my needs. Very very poor customer service or rather any service in general.

DO NOT RENT from Sage Living Kingston.They charge an illegal application fee ($250 + tax) that’s non-refundable even if your application is denied. Upon requesting a refund of the illegal application fee; the rental office manager acknowledged the fact it’s illegal to charge an application fee but also repeatedly said that it’s non-refundable and there’s nothing they can do. Unacceptable. So you have to pay a $250 application fee, a $200 key deposit, first and last months rent ($1800/month for a 1 bedroom) and if you need a parking space they charge a yearly rate instead of a monthly rate so that’s $1200 lump sum payment to reserve a spot. They will give you a key to the building/apartment before your application has been accepted and you have signed the lease to the apartment. Rental agents are clueless about the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) and the Residential Tenancy Act.

Sage Living is doing illegal things to students. They gave fraud contract and garbage condo to student to live. Their team do not deal with our request and anyone know how to terminte contact with them?Please share experience.
