Lakeside Dog Park
They need a small dog park. My little pup keeps getting cornered by the big dogs and he's been trampled a few too many times. He also got cornered against the fence last week by two dogs. The owners do apologize and mention their dogs are just being playful but when you're a tiny dog, it's scary and intimidating for them. So he gets pretty defensive, starts barking at the bigger dogs and people giggle and just think it's cute. I end up having to carry him out. So please, give us a small dog park at this location.

My go-to doggie hangout. Huge space to run leash free. Most dogs are very social. Most owners very responsible.

Mostly a positive experience. Owners are responsible, many of the dogs here have good recall and know when to take a hint. If you havw a big dog, you'll have a great time here, but please be mindful of your dogs manners around smaller breeds. There was one guy here who was obviously a dog walker, here with a pack of 5-7 dogs, all with terrible recall and not really great manners. Thankfully they mostly stayed to themselves and didn't bother the corgi i brought with me.Also just an FYI for owners who have dogs from a hunting line: your dog's prey drive is not supposed to be my problem. If their prey drive is so strong that they try to hunt and eat my 24lb corgi, that's a failure on your part. Either muzzle your dog, or train them better.

This is a really nice park to visit. The people there are super nice and all the dogs we have encountered are really friendly. The owners pay attention to their dogs which is nice since you don't always see that at other parks. This park has water taps so there is fresh water for the dogs to drink. The area around the park is also a nice area for the dogs to visit and have a sniff
