I connected with Melanie at Memories Bridal in the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. My fiance and I had just gotten engaged at Christmas 2020, and were looking to pull together a wedding for this past summer 2021. In the best of times, anyone will tell you that finding a wedding dress in 6 months' time would be a challenge - compound that with lockdowns and mandatory stay-at-home orders... our chances weren't good. That's where Melanie came in. Of all the dozens upon dozens of wedding dress boutiques I contacted in Ontario, she came through! I still remember her detailed e-mails, full of options. She really listened and in the end, was able to connect me through her network of contacts to a new Toronto-based designer, who fitted me with the most beautiful couture gown - truly my dream dress. Melanie went out of her way to ensure that my wedding gown search was amazing! From booking an appointment to purchasing a gown during my second visit, she was kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. Melanie helped me figure out exactly what I wanted in a dress, and was on my side for the whole appointment. Even though she knew she had me in THE DRESS, she didn’t push for a sale but wished me luck at the next place. When I arrived for my second appointment, she was even more welcoming than the first time we’d met! It’s evident that she loves what she does, and it’s all about the bridal experience, not just the sale. I ended up buying a gown from her and could not be more excited about the dress, and happier about the experience. Every moment of buying a gown at Memories was INCREDIBLE. Melanie has a way of making you feel so comfortable and confident in every aspect of the gown buying experience. If you’re searching for a wedding dress, definitely visit Melanie at Memories Bridal. I had an amazing experience at Memories Bridal! Melanie went above and beyond to create the most special and personalized dress shopping experience. She was so knowledgeable and put me at ease immediately, and really helped me narrow down what dress would look best on me. She never made me feel pressured or rushed through the experience, which is so important. They carry a great selection of dresses as well. I had an amazing experience while shopping for dresses. Melanie really made it a personal experience and the dresses of course were absolutely beautiful! There were so many options and Melanie had so many accessories to really help envision what a dress would look like on the big day! Overall I would highly recommend this dress shop :)

Memories was the last stop on our bridal dress search and we were extremely pleased. Melanie was attentive but not overbearing, patient and very professional. He passion for the awesome products she carries shines through and her attention to detail is second to none. We felt comfortable , catered to and appreciated. I recommend this intimate, well stocked venue highly....you won't be disappointed !

My experience at Memories Bridal was everything a wedding dress shopping experience should be. Melanie made myself, my mom and my bridesmaids feel like we were in a movie. The dress selection was amazing and I had a difficult time choosing but ultimately did say yes to the dress! I am so glad I found my dress with Melanie at Memories Bridal.
