A crew from Terrafirma was out on June 23rd to fix some issues from our original install. Very professional, on time and did an amazing job of keeping us informed on the progress throughout the day. If we need any additional work completed we would definitely make sure we had James Taylor and Chris Raycraft for the job. Both James and Chris went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were happy customers when they completed the work.

James and his crew of Chris and Tarin were hard working, professional,and did a great job on our large crawl space, which had water and rotting beans from years of coastal storms. James, crew boss, communicated with us every step of the way. Definitely would recommend Terra Firma!

We had a water mitigation system installed and a complete encapsulation done. It was done in 4 days. The team was so professional and hardworking and the results speak for themselves. We had a plumber and electrician do some work alongside the TerraFirma team and they both commented on the amazing work being done. The Project Coordinator Heather was very pleasant to work with and readily answered any questions I had. Luis and his crew Antonio, Sebastian, Carlos, and Chris R. were phenomenal. Highly recommend working with them.

I contracted Terrafirma to waterproof the crawlspace of our 1940s home. Jorge (the foreman), Jose and Fernando came out and did an excellent job. They had the work done in about a week and half and removed over 20 cu.yd. of dirt from underneath the house. Jorge gave us updates at the end of each day and let us know of their progress and the work yet to be done. His crew was friendly and professional and anyone to get them on their job will not be disappointed.After first receiving a quote from one of their competitors only to have them raise the price $10k just before the work began I went back to my second quote with Terrafirma and asked for a few changes, like the addition of a sump pump. Terrafirma not only delivered but in the end came in under their competitors original quote. They delivered where the competition could not and I will recommend them to friends, family and anyone looking for crawlspace/waterproofing work. Thank you Terrafirma!

In February, (winter)I had 8 push piers installed and the professionalism and work accomplished was superb! In June I turned on my sprinklers and the water was running all over the place. Pretty common to have a leak or a problem with sprinklers over the winter. Once I checked them out, I knew it was a broken pipe. Terra Firma came out and confirmed and within a day or two sent a team out to repair them. Everything repaired the same day. Five stars!! A+++++++. Terra Firma is a class act! Highly recommended!

Very professional to work with. They seemed to have a better grasp of our home’s foundation health than competitors, including how we needed to modify our approach to make it safe. Luis, Sebastian, and Rudi did a great job on our basement and kept us informed of their progress each day.

We had our crawl space waterproofed with a sump pump installed by TerraFirma. Our experience with this company was excellent. Sammy was our coordinator and kept us advised throughout the process in a very thorough and efficient way. Christian was the foreman in installation and Antonio and Jesse worked with him. They all were such hard working and super pleasant young men! They let us know what they were doing all the way through and cleaned up each day, leaving everything tidy. We are very satisfied with TerraFirma's work and recommend them highly!

I had to get a piling holding up the front of my house and a massive cracked beam in my basement jacked up and leveled. Blake, Antonio, and Roberto did an incredible job. My home is much more secure, my floors are more level, and I am overall incredibly satisfied with the work that was done. The crew was professional, and kiundly answered my questions.Furthermore, my project manager Ashley was very responsive and gave me all the information I needed. This service was well worth the money.

We’ve been TerraFirma customers for years; they installed and maintain our sump pumps. Today we needed a new vapor barrier installed in our crawlspace. I got other bids, but TerraFirma’s seemed to have the most accurate and thorough inspection and at a competitive price. I’m glad I stuck with TerraFirma because James and Casey were amazing! Extremely professional and hardworking. They were clean workers and left my home just as it was before they arrived. I would definitely recommend James, Casey and the entire TerraFirma crew.
