You managed to fix and diagnose a computer issue within minutes and because it was a minor issue that you fixed in 2 minutes you didnt even charge me. I appreciate your integrity, your excellent customer service, and being able to get me in on short notice, despite you all, im sure, being extremely busy. I am very confident in your services and would give you a 10 out of 5 stars if it were possible. Though i hope my computer doesnt break down, you will be the one i go to first if it does, and I will be recommending you to everyone, to give their computer repair services to you. Thank you for fixing my computer on short notice when i so desperately needed it.
