AVOID this pharmacist at all costs! Allan Baker makes drugs that have severe side effects not listed on instructions or mentioned at time of purchase. I experienced strong kidney pains and anxiety from a medication he formulated, side effects that were not listed. And he was unsympathetic to my feedback when I shared my unlisted adverse reactions. Again for your health and safety AVOID this pharmacist AT ALL COSTS!

This Pharmacy is very irresponsible. My son got allergic of dust and needs to do allergy injections for a few months. We bring the prescription to this Pharmacy. The staff was nice and said that this Allergy serum needs to order and we need to pay $200 deposit. After we payed, she told us need to wait in five weeks. Five weeks after we didn't get a call from them so I came to the store to ask, they told me need another 6 weeks, and they would call us. But almost five months went by we still haven’t received it, and they never follow up! We went there a few times during this period, they always said the pharmaceutical company did not picked up the phone, would contact them again and let us know. But they never gave us a call. We couldn't wait any longer and our doctor suggested go to other pharmacy. So we cancelled the order, but they didn’t return the deposit, till a couple weeks later my son asks again and then they refunded it. We took the doctor's rewritten prescription to another pharmacy, as a result, we received it just about one month!Their delay has caused us a lot of inconvenience, because my son has gone to school in Ontario before receiving the Allergy serum and it needs to be keep in the refrigerator!… I can't tell you how frustrated my experience with this Pharmacy!

Horrible customer service. Two products ordered for delivery, 3 days later still not here. Zero communication initiated by them, I have had to phone daily. They delayed for two days because one product was not available ( did not tell me I could pick up the other one) , then told me yesterday that it would take until next day for the delivery, when they said it was ready that morning. Again, only cuz I phoned them late in the day looking for my delivery. Worst service from a pharmacy I have ever experienced

My own experience has generally been positive. Nice people, helpful and clear. No big productions when I call or come in for a prescription. I like them and want to keep them!

Stay away from this place, They lie about everything. Allen Baker and his team delay my meds and cause me health issues. I am now 9 weeks without meds and they lie to me everytime i call. When my priscription is due they are supposed to call me but never do, i been with them for over 5 years and they still dont value me as a customer. I just want everyone to know that this is a bad pharamcy and they cant be trusted. If they keep this up im going public. 0 stars

Checking holiday hours & actually surprised at the reviews. Allan has always been personable,professional and empathetic. In fact all the staff have provided the utmost customer service and a friendly smile. I am given full information on any meds and always treated as an individual person not just another customer. Not that pharmacies are the place to be (as it usually means something is wrong) but as far as they go, this is the only one I use and have for many years. Absolutely recommend this pharmacy.

One of the worst pharmacy which did not provide me refill for thyroid drugs and neither emergency supply for same inspite of pregnancy !Thanks to London drugs for their cooperation to provide emergency supply !

Although really convenient to my home I cannot recommend this pharmacy due to inconsistent reliability with ordering in advance. Twice within a short period of time orders were made several business days in advance that were not prepared for pick up at a designated time. One time they were able to whip up the product within half an hour, the other a return visit the next day was required. There seems to be a systemic issue with orders and it could be operational or a reluctance with technology but with meds a day can make a difference. If you can get your meds elsewhere I would. The product is good but only if you can get it.

Just had an awful experience with this pharmacy. They flat out lied to me about when they had received an urgent compounding Rx fax for my cat (they claimed today, per my vet’s fax record it was yesterday).I hate businesses making excuses & lying instead of just owning a mistake.You are selling life saving meds, people - if you cannot do that with integrity, you need to get out of this business!!!Then they insisted they couldn’t fill the Rx until next Monday because “they require 2 business days” - well, 2 business days would have been Friday, not Monday.Someone at my trusted vet office told me they hate using to this MacDonalds pharmacy as well, as they’ve messed up quite a bit recently.Thankfully Pure Pharmacy on Oak is saving the day and turning the compounding Rx around in less than 24 hours (!!!). From Pure, I received a prompt, friendly call to confirm the details - literally minutes after the vet faxed the Rx to them.Now I know who gets all my business in the future…MY REPLY TO RESPONSE:Read my review again; the issue was NOT that you weren’t able to provide the turnaround I needed.The core problem was someone LYING to me about which day Rx was received via fax!And in the call repeatedly insisting on “2 business day turnaround” but turns out - unable to meet that anyways.Why should I reach out to you? I owe you nothing. I was in a rush to solve my problem.I prefer leaving a public review to hearing empty assurances from a manager after the ball was dropped.
