The Tire Terminal

Started off bad. Tried to book an appointment online but they accidentally booked me in on a Sunday when they're not open. I explained my case to the sales rep that did my booking. They got me a new appointment right in the morning a couple days later and everything went smooth. 5 Stars for finding a good resolution.

This review was a long time coming and apologies for the delay. 5 Stars is absolutely earned and I had several interactions over the phone and in person - first with a person named Nigel (over the phone) and Mike (in person). Our family had tried to coordinate a road trip in our 1988 C Class Motorhome however, life was such that our schedules just couldn't sync - until they did! We had all but given up until changes occurred that opened up - but, our C Class needed tires and over all check of brake condition etc. for our 4k km round trip. Where to go for tires? Thankfully, I called Tire Terminal - spoke with Nigel and then met with Mike. Even though things occurred at the last minute, they tried their very best to accommodate - and they did! The quality of Customer Service was one of the best experiences I've encountered in Automotive: Professional, Courteous, Value driven, Informative, Patient and Accountable. Whomever is the owner and/or operator of this location deserves to be commended for their care and attention. Nigel and Mike are exceptional at what they do - please recognize their high level of commitment to providing The Best Service for Customers. Our road trip was great, tires and install performed flawlessly over 4k km's. I highly recommend this location and thank you Nigel and Mike for taking good care of us! P.S. I just called in to confirm Nigel and Mike's names with a person named Adam, and he was exceptional too! Well done!

I needed All Season tires, and this is the best place! My family has been coming here for years. They're so nice, have affordable prices and fast service. You can purchase tires and have them installed. You'll keel coming back like me!

Place is very busy spent 2.5 hours to fix my new tires. Good service and experience, except for the long wait times , rest all was a good experience

If you care about your car DON'T GO HERE. Ordered new tires to be installed on my summer rims and needed an alignment done after. Firstly, my alignment was better before I came in, it's like the tech was drunk or something because you can clearly see the extra camber all around the car. It's also clearly illustrated on the paper they gave me of the alignment.Secondly, when I got home and took a look around I found the that somehow they completely ripped off the under shroud on the passenger side of the car. I immediately went back and showed them and almost instantly agreed to fix it and ordered the part within half an hour, almost like they're used to this stuff happening.I had to take time off work for 2 days just to get the job done. They did fix my car free of charge and refunded me the alignment, thanks to Mike who was great throughout the entire process. This also isn't the first time they've damaged my car before. That was about 3 years ago, so I was hoping that there wouldn't be any issues like before but I was clearly wrong.Yes, they have the best prices in city but there's a reason for that obviously. I would happily pay more at other shops to save the headache and time to get it done right the first time. I'm never going back to this place nor will I recommend anyone taking there car here.

Came here to purchase and install a new tire. The Tire Terminal offered me a great price for the tire compared to other locations. My experience was awesome from start to finish. The staff here are friendly, professional and efficient. The place was also clean and organized. Highly recommend this place to anyone! My mom also come here in the past and was happy with her services.

I’ve been searching for winter tires all last year before the cold began. I came across tire terminal and their prices are very reasonable compared to other places . I purchased a set of Goodyear tires but I couldn’t get them to install it because there was a long wait time and I couldn’t wait.However their service at the cashier and delivering my tires to the rear of the store was very positive and quick. Lastly, the current hours of operation are very convenient for those who work during the week.I recommend this place and I will be retuning next year.

Winter set of wheels on rims were needed to be replaced with summer ones, one summer tire needed to be replaced with a new one, oil change needed to be done....Everything was done fast, but.....1. One rim with winter tire was damaged with a sledge hammer while it's removing from the truck. Pictures are attached.Result: It was promised by the manager to have it fixed as it was cosmetic damage".2. I have asked to check and to adjust an air pressure in a summer tires in order to have 37psi on all of them.Result: all the levels of air pressure are different on all tires

Shady business with poor management. Waited hours for them to help me replace an all-run flat tire with a temporary tire which came off the rims on me fifteen minutes after leaving. Almost died on the 401. I certainly learned my lesson but don’t these guys know anything about tires?
