I had called last minute and had no appointment and was thankfully able to get squeezed in for an appointment same day. Although I know it’s better to book ahead to avoid disappointment. Regardless the reception was able to get me in today to see doctor yoon. Sometimes when you are going through something nobody can understand how you feel and what pain you are in but coming here made me realize that there are still kind hearted people out there that will have empathy for how you feel! The staff was amazing and caring . And doctor yoon took her time to explain in depth EVERYTHING. And made me feel so comfortable and eased some of my stress by giving me information in a way I could understand ! Someone who doesn’t know much about eyes and the medical terms that go along with it. Thank you so very much I recommend this clinic to anyone who needs help with their eyes . You will be in good hands!Thank again ladies you are doing a phenomenal job !- Kyra

Awesome experience. Its started with my over the phone appointment booking. She was professional and friendly and welcomed me when I arrived. The front desk staff was great even opened the door for patients that were leaving. The staff member who did my initial test was great too had me laughing. Lastly Dr. Yoon made me feel comfortable and took her time to carefully explain everything to me clearly. A+ visit. I haven't had my eyes check in over 10 years, but if I knew it was going to be like this I would have come sooner. Thank you Scarborough Eye. Care

Dr yoon was great, unfortunately Front desk customer service was terrible, Had appointment at 9am, no was available at 9, so shouldn't have given appointment at 9 in first place. Limited collections of frames, Took measurement of frame so fast, just hoping it would be proper, fine and appropriate

This is a great eye care clinic . dr yoon is a great eye dr very nice and friendly and careing and thorough.. the nurse is friendly and Caring. The Reception there are two but the one with the name macy is very rode when I was talking to her she had a very bad Attitude when macy was talking to me she was Rolling her eyes ,looking away, Answer me with a big attitude. But the other receptionist is very nice. I would have given the clinic a five star. But due to Macy being very rode to me I gave a 4 star me and my wife will return to this eye doctor

Can I just say that Dr. Angela Yoon is AMAZINGGGGGG!!!!!! She's top notch and so great with her patients! She's also EXTREMELY NICE and KIND and never rush her patients! Her office staffs are wonderful as well!! I'm so happy I accidentally" became her patient. I was seeing one of her colleagues but my eye wasn't getting better. She wasn't available and I need to see someone asap for my eye so they booked me with Dr. Yoon. That was the best thing that happened!Here's my story: I woke up one day with such severe dry eyes-they looked blood shot! Not only did Dr. Yoon heal my eye but she also suggest healthier and more natural options as well to maintain my eye health. I suffered from cornea scaring/ damages from my excessive dry eye which affected my vision. I couldn't drive for a period due to my vision. Now that my eye is healed

I had red and swollen painful eye. I went there as an emergency, first they say you have to book appointment then another lady start asking me my age if I have health card and then said I have to pay 180 dollars to see the doctor. This is ridiculous I have health card and it was emergency so why would you charge me. Very disappointed. Even she called one on the patients on the phone Rude. Discussing

I went to see Dr. Yoon for a second opinion after not believing my regular eye doctor. Dr Yoon was patient, caring & kind and answered all my questions. I left feeling satisfied & at peace with her care. Everyone in her team went the extra mile to help me.
