Honest, fair pricing. Excellent quality of work, and stellar communication. The garage doesn't have the over-the-top bells and whistles and fancy appearance of some other locations in HRM, and you can tell they put their focus in the cars and on their customers... not their business appearance.I have done oil changes, bodywork repair, MVA, detailing and cleaning, and more done by these guys, and would recommend them to anyone!

If you value your time and your $$ avoid this company at all cost. Not only was it near to impossible to get anyone on the phone, when I went to get my car it didn't look any different than it did when I dropped it off... the day before! I might as well have put my $ in a pile and set fire to it. When I enquired about the lack of cleanliness, I was met with defensiveness and a don't ever f***n' come back!". That is NOT an exaggeration. Purely unprofessional and a shocking lack of attention to detail and customer service. Buyer be ware!"

Malcom and his staff are unbelievably helpful. The quality of work is well beyond the price he quotes. I was always told you need a mechanic on staff and Malcom is for sure that go to guy. Highly recommended and satisfaction guaranteed.

Had my car in to have it looked at for a noise in the front end a issue with it pulling to the left aND a headlight restoration the guys at Flawless spruced back my issues to a blown tie rod and a broken sway bar bracketThey did an awesome job on getting my car back to me very fast and getting it done for a good price! If your looking for quality dealer work but for prices better then the dealer then these guys are who you wanna see! Can't wait to return and get rust proofing and undercoating done on my car ! We need more mechanics that aren't out there to rip people off

I just had undercoating done. They sprayed everywhere i expected. easy to deal with, great attitude. nice small company. much better treatment than going to a dealer or a big corporate cloud company. 2 people only, they know their stuff.I have only tried the undercoating, but they do MVI, detailing, cleaning, mechanical work and body work. pretty much anything you need done to a car, it seems they will do it.price was pretty good too.i would defiantly go back. only drawback is the small location down town Halifax. will be much better when they move to Burnside.Thanks again Malcolm and Justin.

I had an undercoating on my car last year. it was well worth it. the service was excellent and friendly. Justin is a hard working man with integrity. I will come back this year again to have it undercoated again. Good job and friendly guy.

Always extremely prompt service, and from my experiences they do their best to keep price down. Great customer service (drove me to work nearby after I dropped off my car). Protected me as a customer when a replacement part was unfit for installation - I know some dealers that would just install the 'new but bad' part and say nothing. Got me a NEW replacement instead. Very impressed

Would not provide me with insurance provider when they painted my door the wrong color or refund me my money or correct the color. Make sure if you are going to deal with this company for any service you request proof of insurance before handing over your keys.

Had a pretty terrible experience just now with this company. To be fair, they may do a great job at detailing cars - I didn't get that far. I phoned prior to purchasing a Groupon to ensure they were still open as Google indicated that they were permanently closed;First, I asked if they were located on Windmill Road, they didn't confirm until I asked several times. I also had to confirm the full business name as he wouldn't confirm that right away either. I then explained the reason for my call was that Google indicated that they were Permenantly Closed" so I wanted to ensure that they were still open before making a purchase. The man who answered said

Had my car cleaned today and was very pleased! Not only was the service great but accommodated my shortness of time. Interior looks amazing for the price. Guys were friendly and courteous and stepped up to the challenge! Highly recommend these guys and the price is great! Might add they did my daughter's car and picked it up at her work and dropped it off. Not many have that concierge service with no complaints! Money well spent!
