I brought my 2014 MacBook Pro here to have its severely swollen battery replaced, when the Apple store said they couldn't help. SimplyFixIT ordered a replacement battery which arrived a few weeks later. Once it arrived, it only took them a few hours to replace the battery! It is working good as new now. I am very pleased.

Went in for a loan screen for my iPhone to transfer data to my computer. Only needed the screen for 10-20 minutes while in the shop and they want $45 to borrow the screen. I understand it’s a business but $45 for a screen you don’t get to keep seems like a rip off.

Very honest repair centre. I had an issue with encrypted data on my laptop. The staff were able to walk me through how to recover the data and would not accept payment for the service.

Had issues with fan noise and overheating with my laptop. These guys fixed it immediately in about 10 minutes. Very kind, great service, communicated what the issue was and for me it was completely free! Great place.

Rino has helped out my husband a couple times now. First time, he stayed open past 6pm to wait for him to get there just so he could fix his screen that day. He is very nice and super quick to get things working and always breaks down your options and provides advice. Highly recommend going to this place to fix any smartphone issues.

Excellent service and communication. Would recommend to anyone if you need phone data transfer. They put a temporary screen on and did not charge me for the extra parts needed with the screen to get it to work. Good IPad cases as well in shop!

My phone screen got absolutely obliterated (tons of cracks, black inky substance on the screen) & they made it look brand new. Awesome service, nice employees, & very manageable prices. I was using a different place for my screen repairs for iphone. Then i gound Simply Fix It in Waterloo. They found misding screws from the last place, replaced the screen and put a new protect on. They were way cheaper than the competition, more thorough and way more faster. By the time i finished walking around Waterloo Town Square they were done. Excellent customer service too.
