The first doctor to actually take my pain seriously after a horrific boating accident in 2016. The walk in process is great for anyone looking and they got me in right away. Thank you Charles and the sweet receptionists at the front. The female doctor is also very nice.

I’ve visited this clinic before and made an appointment however despite showing up on time, I was still required to wait an additional hour. Appointment slots are not respected.Called them today to inquire about wait times for walk-ins, the receptionist said she can’t provide an estimated wait time as she could be wrong. The definition of an “estimate” is that it’s a rough calculation and not an exact time. Receptionist kept repeating herself saying she can’t tell me. Asked her if it would be 1-2 hours, 2-3 hours or longer to which she responded “I don’t know.”Might as well change the clinic name to DONTCARE4YOU. Please train or replace your receptionists.

My evaluation based on my first meeting with “family doctor”. I showed up exactly when was scheduled and was asked to wait for a doctor in an examination room. I waited for 25 minutes. After doctor came in he asked me couple of questions and said they don’t do treatment on a first appointment, as well government gives them only 10 minutes per 1 patient, and we already spent more than 15, so if I want to address more than one of my health concerns I need to book another appointment.Just to be clear: I book an appointment one month in advance, I cancel my work for that day, come in time, wait for half an hour and get 10 minutes of attention? After that experience start thinking if services one’s getting worth taxes one’s paying.

Totally unprofessional service. I was told to walk in to go over my blood work. Waited for 2 hours and I was the last patient in the clinic and the I brought an additional issue to the doctor he told me only one problem per visit and I have to come again to talk about my other problem as he wanted to leave and go home!!

Extremely poor service. Numerous incidents have made me feel this way about a clinic. Here are just a bunch of reasons why the clinic is pathetic;1. Try calling them, and it always goes to voicemail. The reason receptionists give is that they are always busy (Busy being rude to patients, yes)2. The prescriptions and requisitions are always mixed up. I had to get 3 requisitions but they assured me I needed one. Later on, they called me to say I can come by and collect the other two.3. You have to get in their clinic to book an appointment for a future date.4. Once an appointment has been made, timing is never honoured! Walk ins get in sooner than folks with appointments.5. Items (medical records) faxed to them by other clinics are never opened or responded to. And you have to personally go in to give them a reminder!I could go on about their extremely poor service, but these points should give you a good idea why you should just avoid them at all costs!

Great experience. Front desk is very pleasant. I used the Walk in service. Wait time is super convenient. Doctors are super attentive. Received prescription from the pharmacy right away which is next door

Grateful to actually have a doctor since it’s a rarity these days and Dr Humaid is very nice and thankfully I’ve not had many health issues for her to help me with so I can’t speak for that scenario. So 5 stars from me for Dr H. --Updating my review, and UPGRADING! I had given 2 stars because of a service policy they had in place but the Practice has changed it's 'Come in to book your appointments, do not call/leave messages' policy, to 'call us to book' again, as it should be. Thank you Care4You!

I have nothing but good things to say about the clinic. The doctors and staff members are very professional and caring. They really try their best to take care of everyone seeking medical care at their facility. It’s relatively a new clinic and well maintained. The best part is that the office is reachable by phone for the most part. The patients get attended pretty promptly compared to other doctors’ offices. I hope they continue the good service that they provide now.
