Called them cause I wanted to get a new set of tires today. But wanted to see if they could also fix a tire with a screw in it aswell so I could use it as spare and the lady was soooo rude on the phone. Never have I had a buisness talk to me so rudely when ur trying to purchase their services. Guess I'll ge going to feris tires today for full new set instead of you guy. DO BETTER IN THE FUTURE ABBSRY TIRES

Worst experience with the front lady. So rude, I showed up t 4:15 for a patch on a tire and blamed me for being late when she was dealing with a customer at the time of my appointment and made it my fault. Definitely never going here again!

Terrible customer service from the front desk manager!! When it’s 905am and she is already in the shop screaming at the technicians and paying customers, rude and disrespectful. Perhaps a course on dealing with the public would benefit her.Technician was great though, thankfully.All in all, will never be back to this location!

I dont think I've ever had such a bad experience. I called them to book and appointment and when I showed up they were closed. The lady who works there just happened to pull up for an unrelated reason and told me they have no staff so I guess they just forgot to call me to let me know. Should of been my first red flag. I then rescheduled with her for the next day. I dropped my car off and they were laughing about how they forgot to call me to reschedule my appointment the day before. Took almost 2 hours when they told me 45 minutes. When picking up my car they tried to overcharge me by almost a couple hundred dollars even though I agreed to the quoted price. Eventually that was figured out but then I went to my car and my doors were left unlocked and my glove box was hanging open. Not too sure why they were even in there to begin with, but how hard is it to close it and lock my doors after? 0/10 would recommend. Now I'm just waiting and expecting issues with the tires themselves.Update: got a flat tire and went to change it to my spare and realized abbsry stripped my lugnut key. Thanks guys. Real quality work.

Saturday April 2nd, I had to remove my snow tires to all seasons. I stopped by, met with a nice lady who was professional and assisted me right away. I was their last customer, I didn't expect them to do it. I am lad I visited them a second time. Keep it up.
