I was lucky to get a brand new vehicle with only 16km on it. The service of the desk employee in Brussels Airport was excellent. Great overall experience.

Good service , I've used the car for about 6 months, I've returned the car in a different place. No questions asked, in 20 min I have received the statement for the condition of the car.

My past experiences with Europcar had left me somewhat hesitant about using their services again. However, my recent encounter with them at Brussels Airport was nothing short of excellent. The service was impeccable, exceeding my expectations in every way. The staff was professional, efficient, and went out of their way to ensure a smooth rental process. While it remains to be seen whether this was a stroke of luck or a sign of improved service, I am looking forward to my next experience with Europcar. This time, they truly delivered a top-notch service.

My work messed up and rented my car at the other Brussels airport (Charleroi?) and I arrived about 830pm on a Sunday.Europcar counter is supposed to close at 8pm.The young man at the counter changed my reservation and had me all sorted and on my way in about ten minutes.The car was fine. Thank you!!

I rented a car for 3 days through VIPCars and I was satisfied with the experience. The woman at the reception spoke English very well. The return was also convenient.

We felt cheated by Europcar company. They make us cancel the previous reservation due to a supposed problem with reservation card owner and driver (were not the same). First time I face that problem with Europcar (many several times booking with same procedure by my company). The booking price was around 300€ and the guy in the on-site office of the airport, charges us 462€ for the new booking. Me and my company felt cheated with more than 150€ by Europcar company and Florian from Audi Brussels airport (Leopoldlaan, Zaventem) on 26th of June around 9,30am. For sure we wouldn't make any other reservation with Europcar never and I will try to convince everyone that, your client means 0 to your company compared to money.

The employee is not friendly, he was speaking without the mood for work, lack of respect, he only speaks French at Brussels airport. You should expect visitors from other countries who do not speak French. He even cannot speak Dutch, which is the first language of the country. Bad experience. I advise everyone to look for another company. This company hides a lot to force you to pay more money that was not mentioned in the deal

WARNING: Please do not be like me and choose to book with Europcar because you liked the price they outlined on their website. My experience was an overall horrid one. I booked my vehicle, received confirmation and a guaranteed price" that they outline in their email. I was thinking to myself I found a very good deal...I was WRONG. I showed up to the Brussels Midi location and wouldn't you know...the price had changed. Even though specifically in my confirmation email did it note that my price was guaranteed (and VAT included)

STAY AWAY!I've been using this branch of Europcar for over 5 years and something has happened recently— they've become scammers. The service has become so bad it's disgraceful.PLEASE, for your sake, go to one of the others, try Avis, try Sixt, Try Enterprise but stay away from these criminals.
