Horrible customer service which I told the front desk representative. I went in on behalf of my mother in law who will need a fair amount of equipment. I went in with the documentation needed just to ask questions and find out exactly what my mother in law would need and was completely brushed off by the woman at the front desk because the person who dealt with the direct billing we would need wasn't there. No willingness to answer questions or even look at the list of things we needed, just wanted me to come back. I won't be coming back, I will find a different, more helpful company to get the equipment we need.

My son’s charger for his medical scooter was stolen. I went to Motion- Creative Mobility and they were excellent and so very very helpful. I recommend them.

I have been a customer of creative Mobility for over a 2 years.p I have dealt with Scott in the service department and found him to be in fantastic technician who is very conscientious and very knowledgeable.WCB purchased me a lift chair from creative Mobility products up the warranty the chair was a piece of junk and WCB and creative Mobility products ended the relationship. leaving me hanging with that lift chair that does not work properly and is very uncomfortable to sit in I would not recommend creative Mobility products to anyone.

In the last two years I have had nothing but amazing service from the Service Dep Creative Mobility. Aaron came to fix bent arm of my power chair in 1/2hr and did great job .. such a nice guy. Luke came to my rescue in 15 mins when I was at fyi n right power control arm came apart and no steering control .. a great guy! Thankful 4 u all!

We took my better half scooter in for a service and repair and they did noting to fix the brake cables and replace the tires with new ones and we both went in about new tires for it and one guy we talk to told us he will do all the repairs on it and they did noting and I don't recommend them

We ran into a bit of a snag with one of our exam tables today. We gave Motion a call to see if they may be able to fix the issue. We were surprised at their prompt reply.Luke, the manager, was helpful, and sent two phenomenal workers, Charlie and Tamara. These ladies managed to find the solution to our problem that others could not fix. I am grateful for their professionalism, helpfulness, and efficiency.I highly recommend Motion and we will call them again in the future.Definitely 5 star service and 100% genuineness.Dr. I.A. Have dealt with Creative Mobility In Kelowna & Penticton since the company started operation & overall it's been a good experience. Scott in service has been fantastic as has Steen in sales. Hoping that Motion Corporate policies don't end up ruining a great company.

We had an emergent short term need for the use of a wheel chair with no advance notice. We approached Motion - Creative Mobility in Penticton just hoping they may have some availablity..... without hesitation, they stepped up and said take it and we will work it out later" which was HUGELY helpful and removed a ton of stress during a difficult time.... we cannot say enough good things about the organization!!!"

I came in with my Grandma to look at walkers. The staff were amazing. They were very knowledgeable, kind and patient. They listened to our concerns about what she needed to feel secure and confident while walking. They even modified her walker to make it a perfect fit for her.Thank you so much
