I am a real estate agent with Keller Williams. Sebastian the technician that serviced my personal home was amazing!!! I've seen my share of inspectors. Sebastian was more than thorough. It was the absolute best inspection I have experienced for myself and or for my clients. If I could give a 10+ rating I would!!!

We recently bought a home and our realtor recommended Boise Home Inspections. They missed a water leak in the master bathroom. According to the insurance adjuster and the restoration people, it has been leaking for a while. For all the little things they mentioned, I cannot believe they missed the water leak. We are very disappointed.

Before our appointment the owner called to follow up with us to make sure we were getting everything we needed from the inspection. We were happily surprised by the personal interest he took in our situation and the preliminary advice he gave. We had expressed interested in Lead and Asbestos testing during our call, and speaking with him helped to give us piece of mind knowing we had made the right choices for our inspection. During our appointment we had the pleasure of working with Sebastian and we couldn't recommend his services more. It was clear that he took the time he needed to thoroughly inspect our property. He then made sure to patiently walk us through each of his finding so that there was no ambiguity in his report. He went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we were satisfied and had all of our questions answered. He even went back and took a second look to make sure we felt confident in our initial concerns with the property. We had the report in hand by the end of the day. Everyone involved made sure to let us know that we could contact them with any questions in the future which I would not hesitate to do.
