WED2B Glasgow

I was incredibly nervous about the whole thing and WED2B was recommended to me as somewhere that I would be put at ease and be completely supported, and that advice was not only 100% accurate but resulted in me getting my dress. On the first visit. Absolutely amazing customer service, genuine support and a wonderful atmosphere. Jen, who walked me through the whole day was nothing short of wonderful. As someone who was unsure and needed an extra bit of guidance this was a truly fantastic experience. Thank you all so much. 5 stars doesn't seem like enough x

Such a great experience at wed2b. Found my dream dress and had the best service. We had Lauren looking after us and she was brilliant! She made me feel very comfortable/at ease. She honestly was so lovely and brought head pieces etc for me to try on as well.I would 100% recommend going to wed2b ;)

bought my wedding dress here and Natalie was an absolute star. Could not have had someone better to help me find my dress. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Cant recommend enough :)

I visited the shop today with my daughter and it was really nice experience for her. The woman on the reception made us so welcome on arrival which was a nice start.Granted we did have a wee while to sit and wait to be seen after choosing a couple of dresses and we were beginning to doubt if it was going to be worth while. However Lauren (and also Sam who was helping at the Glasgow shop today) were absolutely fantastic and helped my daughter feel so relaxed and confident and she found her dress.It was so worth the wait and I can't thank Lauren and Sam enough for all their help.

Went in there a couple of times, tried on dresses only once. Unfortunately had higher hopes pre-visit.-The lady that assisted me in the first visit was very positive and polite. Got told a couple of times if I liked a dress I shouldn't wait too long as it may get sold out, which is fair enough.- The second time I visited with my bridesmaids and I didn't feel compelled to even wait the time we needed to. Dresses in my size (16) were very limited, and the ones available were practically identical to each other.Separate points that would probably lead me to not going back again:- Many available dresses online, but the Glasgow store was quite limited in bigger sizes. I understand things get sold out, but surely a sample of different designs could be available to be supplied from a Head Office?- The waiting system, or the lack of such, gives an impression as if sales are more important than the experience for a bride. I'm sorry, but if this is a walk- in service it should give visitors greater freedom to try things out and not wait for long. Otherwise- introduce a book-in appointment system, it will make it easier for everyone.I don't want to influence any other potential customers to go away from the shop, there are some lovely models, if you find your dream dress- go for it!!!. It just won't be my place for the reasons above. Greater variety and better structure would definitely compliment the business and the bridal experience.

Great experience from start to finish was helped finding my dress by Shanice, amazing customer service nothing was too much in helping me find my dress. Thanks again Shanice in picking thee dress I said yes too! Highly recommend all staff are lovely friendly and helpful!

I visited Wed2B today and it was my first time to ever go into a wedding dress shop. The girls at reception were friendly and welcoming :) I had shanice who helped me find my dress! She was amazing and friendly, which made the experience perfect!But a big thank you to Shanice for helping me find my dream dress! And thank you to the girls at reception for making me feel welcome! Highly recommend visiting the store to find your dream dress!

Was at Wed2be Glasgow branch on Thursday 18th may, with my daughter Chloe , the staff were absolutely amazing !!!! Natalie was our consultant, but the 3 girls on the shop floor also helped look after us.Very attentive, informative, willing to listen and give suggestions, they made us all feel so comfortable and confident in Chloe’s decision making.Would highly recommend this shop to everyone, and Chloe did indeed say yes to her dress , huge thank you to all the girls.
