I received a pair of diamond hoop earrings yesterday for my birthday. I wore them to Sams club and one earring fell out & has been lost. I didn't try clothes on, I put my earring's in right before I walked out the door. I feel these must have been made poorly so I decided to call the store. The manager MeLisa was so easy to work with and quickly rectified my situation. I am VERY pleased with Kays customer service. I feel they went abobe and beyond. Thank you Fort Gratiot Kays!

Honestly really disappointed.. my fiancé bought me earrings online, they were over $1,000.. we got them in the mail and they were HORRIBLE quality, the online description was completely different. But honestly that’s not why I am writing this. We went to return them in store and we got the biggest attitude and looks like we were stupid. She didn’t want to deal with us and was very rude when we asked if we could exchange them. I’m so sad, I got my engagement ring from there and they do have good employees. Just not this time. We ended up going to Lawrence Jewelers, and we are SO HAPPY! Unfortunately we will not be back.

My wife went there yesterday to get some rings repaired and sized. We received great service from who I believe was the manager. My wife also picked out an anniversary band that she loves. Great service, very nice people.
