The worst company, this is scam company be careful, they quoted me cheap then once they took my payments info they started charging me over $1000 a month ! They stole over $3000 from credit cards and direct account , lm trying to call them or email no answers even the Surex company tried to contact them no answers to stop this joke !?!? Anyone get scammed by them call business bureau and report them immediatelyDon’t wait they’re scamming people. The owner need to be reported to the authorities

Very frustrating. I can’t get a point across to anyone and they keep sending me useless papers of something I sold already.

MAR 2023 - Please be careful when dealing with this NORDIC INSURANCE. We were quoted low at $533 for the first five month, then it jumped to $964. Do not trust this company.

Very bad to deal with. Going through a claim right now and mistakes on their end delaying the process. Also full coverage that cost 900 a month and doesn’t even offer you loss of use

These people are scam. The office process is slow like a hell. All the time they put an answering machine which never pick up a phone. I bet they hide behind the answering machine if someone wants to file a claim, and no reply, such an unworthy parasite.I changed to other commercial insurance company. It was 3000 dollars cheaper for the same terms. I am not sure who ripped me off so far for the past 3 years. Was it the lousy company itself or the rat insurance broker. People watch out.

This is BAD Company insurance. I have canceled my policy insurance with signature the cancel form. But they still charged me TWO time to renew the insurance. Because of over withdraw from my bank for stupid fee of company insurance and they didn't refund to my bank account NSF fee. I'm not recommend people use insurance from that company insurance. Bad service, stupid insurance

The operational side of Nordic is in shambles. Slow in documentation preparation and delivery. When they want info they timeline things which is fine but threaten to cancel you and demand and they are months behind. most unorganized company, I would be ashamed if I was the president of this company, well he/she is obviously hover their head Nordic g Dh o better.

Terrible company ,and even worse service,been waiting for pink cards for renewal ,insurance expires before you get anything,takes 2 days to insure a new vehicle.

Do not recommend this company at all, horrible communication, unacceptable delays to respond to change request (well over two months). I have sent a request of change on Oct 4, 2021 that should have been effective Nov 1st, but we are still waiting for the change to be done as of December 21, 2021. We have tried to communicate with them many times and the answer we keep receiving is that they are very busy. We also always have to ask and request the paperwork, the cards or anything else. They don't follow up, they don't care. I have never seen this before with any other insurance companies On top of taking their sweet time to make changes, meanwhile they keep taking full payments. As a small business, all penny counts, we made sure we gave them 1 month to process the request which is very very reasonable. We are very unhappy and hope this save you the headache to deal with this company.
