First person I spoke to couldn't answer a simple question. After calling a different number, I've been on hold for over an hour. Despite the repeated pre-recorded suggestions, I guess my call is not that important to them (in theory, my call was supposed to be answered next and that was 40 minutes ago). My call was finally answered. Even though I called the cargo line, somehow my call was answered by a passenger specialist. After being on hold for about an hour and a half, I didn't have the patients to be transferred again. Not impressed.
