Last time I was in, the sales person convinced me to purchase a loyalty card. I was told that I would receive $5 off my next purchase. I should have been wary, when the salesperson told me they were having issues" with their emails. She assured me that I just had to mention the $5 discount the next time I came in if I hadn't received the email yet. Today I went into the store

If I could give ZERO STARS I would, not a friendly place. Me and my friend walked in quick to get some bundles for extensions which I might add is right beside the cashier and one of the workers walked up and asked if we needed help and we declined because we already knew what we were looking for. But the workers just stayed standing right beside me and my friend while we were looking and watching us even when others would walk in and there was almost ten other customers. She made us feel very uncomfortable even when we told her that she was making us uncomfortable she continued to stand there and watch us shop with a smirk on her face in which we decided to leave. I don’t know about anyone else but I don’t support racism and won’t be spending money here anymore. No one deserves to be treated like that because of their nationality. Clearly racist people that work at this Sally’s.

Worst experience ever, followed me around the entire time. Everything I picked up one of them would come to me INSTANTLY and ask if I needed help. Never going back. Everything they have I can get cheaper someplace else. Won't ever return. They made me feel like I was a person who was gonna steal. I can afford to buy what I want, but they really made me feel cheap, but this is just me. I don't know if they treat everyone like this. I just wonder if they single out people, just because of how they look or by insinuating what someone might do. Racial profiling at it's finest.

Incredible service! They definitely go above and beyond for you the client. Their top priority is to ensure the client is completely satisfied! My husband bought me a Christmas gift from here and I was unable to use it but he threw out the receipt (men, lol). Anyways I tried to return it but did not have the receipt so they were very helpful in trying to make sure I was able to find something. When I was not able to they were creative and tracked down the info needed to make the return. Even without the receipt they were able to refund my whole purchase onto my card. Will definitely be shopping here again and would certainly recommend to family, friends, and foes!

So disappointed in Sally's today. They advertise buy 2 get 1 free. There is absolutely no restrictions on the sign yet some items are not included including the item that's right above the sign? False advertising at its best.

Won’t allow me to return the magnetic lashes that I just spent $50 on even though they have a ‘Love it or return it guarantee’ and no lash exclusion. GO TO SEPHORA, at least if their products don’t work or fully satisfy you they ACTUALLY return your makeup for you.

Went to get some hair dye and the ladies who helped me were amazing. I got everything I needed and my hair turned out amazing thanks to them! My hair has never looked so red and vibrant. Highly recommend to go to the ladies at Sally's to get all your hair needs and more!!!!

I stopped in on an impulse to ask about why my hair felt and looked so awful ever since our vacation. Turns out it was hard water build up. The products they recommended worked perfectly. My hair is better than it's been in years! Thank you.
