Unbelievably good experience. The flavoured vodka are incredible! Highly recommend and the tour itself is so great. Came all the way from Australia and gonna have to come back now!

A ‘not so hidden gem’ in Kamloops Route 1 has some of the best spirits in town! Their Irish Loop is out of this world, dare I say better than Baileys. Also a huge fan of the Blueberry Vodka!

We bring tour groups to Route 1 Distillery now on a very regular basis and are blown away by everything that we observe as tour operators, the personable style of Derek and Joel as owner/operators of Route 1, the quality of their products, their story and the positive response of our guests each and every time!I can't say enough great things about Route 1 Distillery and while we would prefer you visit them on a guided tour with us, either way, you need to taste their products and support a great still pretty new business to Kamloops! AWESOME that Route 1 has enriched the Kamloops tourism experience and we love you for it! Meet Joel or Derek at the Kamloops Farmers Market every Saturday if you go. Went on a birthday tour last weekend and this was our last stop. Tour was very informative and had a nice casual and personal feel. Very impressive and inspiring to witness what these two friends have created! We will be back once we run out of the Irish Cream! Really looking forward to also some cocktail experimenting with their gin :))))

Route 1 is a little local hidden gem ran by a couple of super cool dudes. Their products are not only delicious but also beautifully and creatively designed. It is easy to want to support this company. If you haven't checked them out yet, you should. You can also book a super fun tour and see how these amazing products are created. 11/10 would recommend.

Had a tasting for a friends birthday and it was an amazing experience, Joel had so much knowledge and made the experience a memorable one. Highly recommend if you are looking for something to do around town! Will definitely be back!

Hands down the best gin I’ve ever had, you can just tell the guys put their hearts into it and everything else they’ve made :) will definitely be back for more!

The fellas at R1 are awesome! Our visions of spirits align parallel to each other and I always enjoy chatting with them about the latest cocktail using their products. Could not recommend their Irish whiskey or their original gin enough. If you're lucky to find a bottle in the wild, do yourself a favour and buy one for you and your cat - trust me

Ok 1st is best gin I have ever tried! So amazing to see two local guys following their dreams, great tour with so much information. Not one bad drink. Definitely a place to come and check out and look out for all there drinks at your local liquor stores!

We purchased a bottle of Limecello Vodka and a bottle of Blueberry Vodka to enjoy with some friends over the long weekend. Both bottles were absolutely delicious! You can really taste the difference in a craft vodka over a regular bottle of Vodka. We will be buying again! Cheers to Route 1 Distillery for making such great products. We look forward to trying the Gin next!
