Words can not describe how amazing this experience was with Kate, she is very professional, friendly, knows her stuff and just an absolute great person all around. I called 20 different appraisal companies, I was in a pinch to get it done in just 2 days ! And with this crazy market everyone told me 3 weeks waiting period! Thank God I got in contact with Kate! As busy as her company is , she told me not to worry and she would have have done for me ! And we'll folks she did not let me down ! I can't express how thankful I am for her stepping to the plate and and getting it done in the short amount of time frame given to her !

Kate recently appraised a house that I'm buying and it was such a pleasure meeting her. I was at the appraisal because I had the key for the home, and I could immediately tell that she was a pro. She picked up on little details, was very familiar with the area, and gave a lot of great feedback. As a real estate agent, I hope any future appraisals for my clients go through Kate.
