Cottage 13

Went today as a walk in to get my oldest daughter a piercing. This is the second time she’s gone - was there 6-7 yes ago previously. All I can say is amazing. Customer service, atmosphere, knowledge, patience. This place has it all. If you are looking for your first piercing or are experienced and just want to add, I Highly recommend both Alicia and Yolanda for their knowledge, care, expertise and patience.Thank you for a great experience today!

Love this shop! Jen is an excellent tattoo artist who has done so many of my tattoos over the years! She packs the colour in amazingly and is so lovely.

Killer shop.Great artists who really know their craft.Very CLEAN & super modern shop with a very welcoming vibe.I’ve been in twice now to get Hand Jammers laid down by Professor Hall. Get artist & makes the experience worth the train ticket from Toronto. He is very professional & a consummate artist. They both turned out perfect.Shop is well laid out with lots of art on the walls to give you inspiration. You can get custom work don no problem or flash.Shop is easy to get to & parking is no problem.Going back for more work soon for sure.

Bailey is a perfectionist and did an amazing job on my mandala tattoo. Everyone was super friendly and the place was immaculately clean. Highly recommend.

Been sitting on a tattoo idea for over 6 years and finally decided to do it! Andrew, the artist and owner, was friendly and very good. Chatted the whole time and kept me engaged. He also guaranteed his work and I got a slight touch-up 7 weeks later. Great atmosphere, clean space, friendly staff. My friend got a piercing here a few weeks before me and also spoke highly of that service!

Some mixed feelings about this place. The piercing itself was very clean and well-done. While I wouldn’t describe the service as laid-back or relaxed, it was friendly enough and definitely professional. I thought I was going to have to get my cartilage re-pierced but it turns out the hole was still there, which was fantastic! I was disappointed that no one else was allowed in the room - as me and a friend were coming in together to get our ears pierced. It was the friends first piercing and I had hoped we could share the experience together. They indicated the room was too small but when I was in there it seemed big enough for one extra person at least. I was also surprised at the price of the earrings themselves - which are not advertised. The cheapest simple gold stud was $200+ for a pair of them. I understand this is because all of the jewellery available is hand-crafted, but I would have appreciated it if there was a plain, non hand-crafted option available. No problem at all with the service fees they charge, and the jewellery selection is nice - the prices were just surprising compared to any other studio I’ve been to (even recently since gold has gone up in price). So all around a great place to get a piercing professionally done (if you’re willing to pay for it), but maybe not a friend-activity, chill-vibes type of place if that’s what you’re looking for.

Loved getting my piercings done here (helix and second lobes). Alicia is the best and so lovely, and the whole place is super chill, fun, and obviously clean. Will come back for a third lobe piercing soon...

Yolanda is the only piercer I will ever trust to do my piercings. She is so talented, really has an eye for locations of piercings, and is very knowledgeable on healing and aftercare. I felt very comfortable, safe and well taken care of the entire time. She answered all of my questions and gave very good insight. I am so happy with my piercings. The entire staff at Cottage 13 is lovely and I really enjoyed chatting them up before and after the appointment. They have many different jewellery options, so for someone like me, who has sensitive skin, this was great to have choice. I am a student, so I am on a budget, but next time I go in, I will most definitely be tipping extra high. 100% would recommend Cottage 13 for piercings!

Had my rook and tragus pierced by Alicia! She was very kind, caring, and informative throughout the piercing process.Most importantly, I did not feel rushed like I have at other piercing studios- thank you so much! Would absolutely recommend to others.

Alicia is a fabulous piercer. Don't waste your time elsewhere, she's great. Tell your mom. Spread the good word and tip well.
