Chet provided such amazing service! My laptop would not work and was stuck on the loading page. I have sooo much info and work related documents in my laptop. I have no clue about computers and was in a state of panic. I called TickTockTech and was connected to Chet. Let me add that this was at 7pm! He was able to retrieve my data and upgraded my laptop. I am so so grateful to Chet for getting my data. I now back everything up haha my computer runs much faster and more smoothly as well! Thanks Chet!!

I had seen the 5 Star Rating before I called... and they deserve every star. Chet [Dali Yx] came to my home the same day that had called. He did need to take the laptop away to reformat and reinstall all my programs and data... I had been the victim of a online fraud. He returned in a couple of days...and everything was fixed. Chet spent time explaining to me all the changes, etc. until I felt comfortable. I appreciated his patience and knowledge. I would recommend TickTockTech without question.

Chet was extremely helpful, as myself & husband are terrible at electronics. He set a laptop & computer up for us, transferred files, answered all of my questions & loaded a few items I was unsure of. I would highly recommend Chet & TickTockTech.

Service person visited us to rectify the issue with the laptop. the system was slow and he did not give any solution other than purchasing additional RAM. System was working fast before. He claimed the wifi issue was rectified after restarting the laptop. Finally charged 30$.He did not mention anything before during the call and charged me 30$ and nothing was resolved.This type of service is very unfair and you charged me 30$ with not output.It's very unprofessional.Very disappointed.
