I can’t thank Shahad and her team enough from Pearls Lily Events. From beginning to end of this journey, Shahad was always there when I needed her! She is so lovely to work with, so patient and creative. She made my bridal shower and wedding ideas more beautiful than I imagined and I’ll never forget the details and hard work that went into them.I’m truly still in awe of my time with her and wish I could do it again / plan future events with her!Once again thank you so much!

Choosing Pearls lilly events to plan my engagement party was the best decision I had made! The best wedding planner! My engagement party was beyond what I expected ❤️ Shahad always had that elegant touch. I always worry about decorations but with Pearls Lilly planning i didn't have to worry about ANYTHING! Shahad and her team at Pearls Lily Events did an incredible job with our wedding!My wife had a specific and detailed vision for how she wanted the wedding to look and feel; Shahad worked closely with her to first and foremost fully comprehend that vision, and then present ways in which it could be done. Furthermore, she advised my wife throughout the process on what would work and what wouldn’t while providing alternatives where she saw fit. She did a fantastic job at lending her expertise to truly maximize the possibility of achieving the look and feel my wife was aiming for, while staying within our parameters.Also worth noting: this was done in less than 2 months! We were a little scared of potential cancellations caused by Covid, so we tried scheduling the wedding day at the closest date we could. We thought that this would limit us in some capacity, but Shahad and her team found a way to make it all happen seamlessly, and the end results was absolutely stunning! My wife and I could hardly believe it when we saw it. We loved it, our guests keep complimenting us on how spectacular it looked as well. Shahad gave us the opportunity to experience a dream wedding, and it made our special day that much more special and memorable. We are satisfied and grateful beyond words, and we would love to work with her again if given the opportunity.

I am so pleased with Pearl Lily Events service and décor, our engagement party was everything we dreamed of!From the start of March, my fiancé and I were looking to host a formal engagement party/marriage ceremony during the worst of COVID, when cases were at its highest it's ever been and a strict lockdown was enacted in Ontario. Everything closed down, wedding and events were not allowed to be hosted indoors or with very limited capacity and this all made it extremely stressful for us. We had to change our venue to Le Belvedere in Gatineau Quebec a month prior to the event because Gatineau allowed for more guests and accommodated our needs for this party. Shahad, who was our main coordinator and I believe the owner of Pearl Lily Events, was very personable, helpful, patient and provided us with excellent design support. We were really happy with how it turned out. The day of the event, her and her team took care of everything and we didn't worry about a single thing.Thank you Shahad for all your hard work! To anyone looking for décor/design services, I highly recommend Pearl Lily Events! :)

I was following Pearls Lilly Events' Instagram page for about a year before I started planning my wedding. I always found their work incredibly stunning, it had that elegant and feminine touch that I knew I needed for my wedding. That is why I chose them to be my wedding coordinators, and it was the best decision that I had made! I was so overwhelmed and did not know where and when to start with planning my wedding, they helped walk me through all the details and the steps of what needed to be done. They also provided me with a 3D image that gave me an idea of what the wedding hall would look like, which really helped me better visualize it and edit any pieces of decor that I liked or didn't like.They also provided me with a detailed timeline and schedule of how things will play out on my wedding day, which really kept me at ease. The best of all though, on my wedding day, I did not have to worry about a single thing! they took care of EVERYTHING! From dealing with the vendors and ensuring they were all at the right place at the right time, to checking in on the venue and making sure that my vision for the decor was truly met, to handling any mini-crises that may have happened. All I had to do was get ready and show up! Thanks to them, I truly had a beautiful and stress-free wedding that I will cherish for the rest of my life.
