The fellow who answered the phone was argumentative and unpleasant from the moment I called to make a new enquiry. He was extremely rude when when there was just no need for it. This business does not deserve the referral it got from another company or any potential new busines.

Absolutely rude customer service. I called to enquire about services and he told me that he is not going to wait on the phone with me while I calculate the added cost. He said it was 1/km for them to travel to provide services, so it was important to understand how much he was going to travel to render services. Why be so rude?
