I went to Cellpro after having a bad experience at London Drugs. The Staff was rude the repair would take 2 weeks and the cost was $600.00I called Cellpro repair solutions and the staff was friendly and helpful. They even called me a cab to get from London Drugs to their store.When I got to the store they did the repair within 30 minutes and it cost $180.Best repair place in town. Thanks guys

Fast and effective work. I somehow mangled the charging port on my Samsung phone but he was able to fix it in under 20 minutes and for a very reasonable price. I wish I had known of them sooner and will certainly be going there for future work such as when the battery eventually dies.I am absolutely thrilled with the professional and honest service I received, and am happy to recommend them to anyone wanting to repair rather than replace their device.

Bruce is great! He's helped me out so many times - and does free diagnosis, which is amazing. I send all my friends here and he is the go-to guy for any electronics repair needs. Seems to be the only genuine repair shop in town that wasn't trying to give me a run for my money!

I wish I had spent my $320 on a new phone.I should start off that Bruce accommodated my request late on a Friday to replace the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S8. The screen replacement itself was well done (works great) but the fit and finish (re-assembly) on the phone was very poor.When I went to pick up I noticed the back panel on the phone was lifting off on the sides. I brought this to his attention, at which point he added more glue and told me to keep it in the case until the glue set. I took it out the next day and the panel was still a credit card width away from the body in many areas.I emailed Bruce and did not receive a reply. After two weeks I called and explained the issue, dropped off the phone and upon pick up, the same issue. He added more glue, explained that nothing is as strong as the manufacturers adhesive so this tends to happen, gave the phone back with some special tape and said to leave it until the next day.After removing quite a mess of dried glue from the phone body, the back panel still does not meet flush with the phone body and trace amounts of glue are visible around 50% of the edge of the phone. I expected the issue to be resolved when I went back to pick up and the solution of continuously adding more glue was trite at best.

Bruce is a life saver, he asked me what my phone preferences were and only presented options that met or exceeded them, all within my budget. As someone who's worked in customer service, I was very impressed with how quickly he made things happen as well as how easy he made it for me to decide. Highly recommend!!

Had our phone screen repaired today by Bruce. He was professional, friendly and provided a fantastic service! He explained about the screen protectors he had available and we are very happy with the result of the addition! Thanks for the great service! Hopefully we don't have anymore broken screens, but if we do, we will use Bruce again for sure :)

Fast, friendly, reasonably priced, knowledgeable and overall great! It took a matter of hours to fix my cracked phone screen. Will never hesitate to come here if I need a repair.

I had issues with a service and Bruce resolved them promptly and professionally. If I'm ever in town or anywhere near Nanaimo for that matter, I know where I will be heading *knock on wood* if I need phone help again.

Amazing, reliable, fast service, though I have often found they close earlier than stated hours, have tried coming in between 3-4pm to find them closed during my only open window to get repairs.
