We are very satisfied with the services provided by Air Crystal. They were extremely responsive from the beginning, they provided us with an appointment for a quote and the quote promptly, they did a great job installing our AC machine and cleaning up at the end of the day. They offer excellent customer service, great products, they are professional and they offer excellent value. We would definitely recommend them.

I have been trying to get (back) in contact with this company for an appointment to service my unit. I have not been able to get a hold of somebody for over 5 months (July-November). No answers to calls (I've tried at least twice a week each week during busiess hours) nor emails.Quite disappointing considering they used to have quite good customer service!

Simon and his team did a great job and their after sales service is sound. Got a 18000 BTU thermo pump installed in 2014 and it still runs like new. No complaints from my end thus far. Thank you.

This company was terrific to deal with from day 1. I received clear, timely communication when there was a delay (which was out of their control: weather and COVID). On installation day, the installers went about their work without requiring much from us, they showed us how the system worked, and they cleaned up after themselves, no garbage or packaging was left behind. Professional and friendly service, we couldn't have asked for better, thank you so much Patrick and team!

I originally spoke to Patrick who was informative and courteous. He came over to give me a quote and I decided to go ahead with him. A week later my AC unit was installed and I couldn't be happier. I recommend using Air Crystal if you need an AC unit or any of their other services.

Highly recommend! 5th star is for customer service that goes beyond what was strictly contractual. Patrick's supply chain, like everyone else's right now, is broken - so supplies didn't come on time for this job. His team (and family!) got involved to drive to distant alternate suppliers, drive out and meet delivery trucks to save an hour, call around the city at the last minute, etc, and got the job done right on the original schedule. He had actually called me before starting the job to warn me about possible delays due to late shipments, but then his team made the delays disappear. I was already pleased because he fit my job in the week before we move into our new house when I expected it would be a lot later. HIs price was excellent (in line with similar job I bought from a different company 7 years ago) and the Toshiba/Zephyr unit he recommended is just about silent, indoors and out.

This is such an amazing company, last summer is a summer I really don’t want to repeat itself, so before all the Karen’s call to get an installation of a Central Air, I decided to do it a little earlier! Within a week, I had it all installed and working! The service was incredibly they even cleaned up afterwards! I highly recommend this company to all my friends and family, they are AMAZING ! They even gave a bone to my dog ! Like how amazing !

******ATTENTION***** Let me tell you something. If you are feeling skeptical, looking for bad reviews to get you sketched out on not going with this company, and are nervous about getting a new ac unit, I was there too. GO WITH THIS COMPANY. I just bought this house and the old AC unit installation was done SUPER wrong so instead of just putting the new ac unit up to get a sale, they told me I need to move the spots and of course over the staircase is the best spot so it made me upset but not with them. I respect the fact they told me every single issue and why my old ac unit was leaking and had lots of issues. They educate. I was recommended by my neighbour to them, and I will continue to recommend them. They are clean and even though we had a few issues with my house and the area etc they came back every time and fixed it even though it wasn’t their fault. They even came back to put a piece that wasn’t necessary just for the look of it, and had no issue with doing it. VERY inexpensive BEAUTIFUL unit and working very well!!! Go with them, that’s all I really need to tell you. Stop paying high prices for these name brand companies because I promise you I had a name brand AC and this one is much nicer and works much better. Thanks so much air crystal- highly recommend!!!
