Mr. Lube + Tires

Very quick and efficient staff! I needed an oil change right before a long road trip. Not only did they change the oil, they also cleaned my fuel system and let me know what other maintenance I needed to get done, along with a general inspection of my car. And all this within 30mins! Tarun was the staff that was taking care of me. He walked me through every step and unlike other mechanics, he wasn’t trying to sell me anything extra which made me trust everything he was saying. I would definitely come back here if I’m in a pinch. Good job guys!

Awful experience. Have given this location a lot of business over the years. I’m guessing new ownership as the culture has completely changed and now it’s all about the up sell. I brought my daughter’s car in to have winter tires changed and because the tires were close to not passing, yet still passed, they wanted me to over pay for 2 new tires, which I would not, and said I will upgrade all 4 in the fall and to just go ahead with the tire change.After about a half hour they told me I’m free to go, and I said I haven’t paid yet, and they told me that’s okay. So I got out and looked at the car and they put the winter tires back on instead. Thanks for the waste of time, oh, and the complimentary grease covered newspaper with hidden upsell pamphlets inside

Got an oil change, not even a week later all my lights went on… this car is a year old…. They break your car so you are forced to bring back to them…. How do I know THEY did it. One of the “free services” they do is topping up my coolant… how does my car over heat with new coolant in it……….. buddy said “only a leak would make that happen” so he even admitted to doing it…. Hope you go outa buisness

They are above and beyond in efficiency, professionalism and helpfulness. If I could give them 5million stars, I would! To be a hero, all you need is to care about people so you are my hero tonight and because of your caring work, I am safely home now with my kids! Thank you very much for super welcome job.

Sukh, Sourav, were very kind and professional. They changed my tires quickly. From a previous visit I was given free windshield wipers, which were changed today for free! Great service at this Mr. Lube! Thanks guys!!

Very impressed with the value I recieved. Manager and employees were helpful and quick. I noticed a positive work environment and a fast paced work ethic.Will definitely be going back and will definitely recommend to friends that need their oil changed.

Recently used this location to get a puncture fixed on my tire. I initially called the location the manager must have picked up the call and said it would be $60 I thought it was too much so enquired at other places all of them had reasonable prices but didn't have availability that day so I ended up going to this place.The employee who greeted me was friendly he said my cost will be $50 I agreed to get the repair done. Shortly after they pulled out my tire manager came to me and asked if I had called enquiring earlier I said yes. After this, he said my charger is supposed to be $60 as he already told me on the call. I understand the employee must have given me the wrong price but why would you change the price after pulling out my tire?If this wasn't enough the Manager kept following up with each employee asking them to make sure they charge me $60 as if I will run away without paying it was a pathetic experience.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

Rumulo and Vic were professional and exceptionally helpful. It’s nice to feel like people are looking out for your best interest.Vic is very suitable for a manager position! I’ll be back for sure!
