The cheapest places that we can still go to eat as a family. If there's ever a problem, such as food being cold or otherwise not satisfactory, we bring it back up. They're always friendly to help fix what was wrong. There has been a wave of new staff, they're learning and developing their skills by working here.We're pretty personal people, so they're personal back. It's a big chain, problems happen. However these guys are still the best BK in the surrounding area. Other BK's have turned to the worst. We're still saddened that the play place is closed, but it is one of those things that COVID took out.

Onion Rings were dark brown, must have sat under the heat lamp for hours, burger was cold, cheese wasn’t even melted. I don't expect much from fast food but I wouldn’t even feed what I got to my dogs….NEVER AGAIN

I always count the Burger King Burgers way better than say McDonald's because of the taste of their meat. The Whopper is a good choice at any time, it's flavorful and reasonably priced.

Would give no stars if I could. Can never get an order right and wait times are ridiculous. Get better service from McDonald's or A&W and they get my food right. They never answer the phone to complain either. Don't waste your money.

Sloooooowww. Took 17 minutes in line before another 9 minutes after taking my order for a standard burger and a drink. If ordering lunch here is going to take 26 minutes of a 30 minute lunch break, I won't go here any more...

Love the food! Staff are excellent. My only concern is how run down and filthy the actuall restaurant is. Also alot if ghe stuff look unkempt, Dirty uniforms, no hair nets and tired staff. What ever happened to smiling and good welcoming conversations??The play ground is so dirty,weird considering no one goes in there! The overal outside loojs run down and makes the area look bad!!!All that corperate money and to cheap to upgrade.

Would give a zero of there was one. Staffer at the till was totally indifferent, ordered mini whopper which was ok and a tap water,guess she didn't like it so didn't get a lid, when I asked for a lid she slide the lid top side down on the counter with her fingers on the inside of the lid... Then took a hand full of napkins and tossed then in a ball into the bag, some of them were greasy...... Like to talk to management on it...

The poutine is dryer than the Sahara desert! The young lady working the drive through was nice but that was the worst poutine I've ever had. Last time they gave me fries instead of a poutine but charged me for a poutine! I guess its a slight improvement but really not impressed and still feel ripped off as this was not cheap. Won't be going back ever again and would not recommend. Too bad as it is the only BK in the area.

No surprises nor disappointments. Sign in old photo at entrance says burgers were only 19 cents - I wonder what the equivalent price would be today ?

While the service was excellent, l can't say the same about the food. Our burgers were barely warm, not at all what we expected of Burger King. There was a distinct odor in the building that was off putting. My experience was less than satisfying.
