Bought a car a couple years ago. firstly, the warranty I bought isn't full coverage. I was told it was. I paid 3 grand for warranty for them to cover few hundred dollars for a few repairs that cost several thousands of dollars. Secondly my mechanic tells me the car has at least 50,000 km extra milage and the mileage was dialed back. Thirdly the Persian old salesman told me oil and filter change was free for life which was a lie. I was scammed and left with a car that costed 4 to 5 thousand in repairs every year since purchase. I would give it negative stars if I could! Stay away!!!! They lie to sell their cars and there's alot more going on around there it seems.

I recently bought a 2011 Audi a4 from Kezro here at Luxury and Sport Cars. He provided exemplary service and was very nice which was a refreshing change from visiting other used car dealerships. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family purchasing used vehicles.

I had planed to purchase Audi A4 recently, and went there to check the car is in good condition after researching. The representative was in good manner, however you should be careful to check the cars what they are selling. When I had a test drive, the back up camera was not working properly, but the dealer was not even aware of it. Even the red warning light on the dash board was on, and it seemed that nothing was checked and fixed properly. Funny part, I checked the trunk and there was no spare tire in it, and the dealer said that he would buy it and put it in there when I made deposit for purchasing. I don't recommend this place, but if you want a car from here, you should check everything you can do, otherwise they would deceive you. Whenever I pointed out the problems in the car, the dealer said he would fix it, but I am not the idiot. I purchased same A4 from other place.

Great Dealership. Only First Class cars. Just bought a 2013 Lexus GS350. Sales staff is very friendly and helpful. Habib my salesman was wonderful to deal with and would definitely recommend him. Make Luxury and Fine Cars your first stop!

Shady business. Called the dealer; I was informed that the car in question was not involved in any accident. Dealer was not willing to share the Carproof report or any other form of written proof of his claim. Stay away from these people.

I would definately buy a car from here, everyone was extremely helpful, patient and friendly. I never felt pressured at any point and they stuck by their gaurantee for approval I got my BMW here and there prices are very affordable especially for the luxury cars that they carry.

The customer service is awful. Getting straight answers is next to impossible and if you are a woman do not expect them to give you any level of respect.

I bought a 2005 BMW M3 from these guys. When I test drove the car, I saw the cog light come on. In an e46 m3 that typically means something is wrong with the SMG pump. When I test drove the car, I asked the rep if any major parts were replaced. He said no. when I placed a deposit I told him if he could look into the warning cog light. He said to me now that you are interested in it, you can look into it (What kind of customer service is that!!) I decided to buy it anyway considering the test drive went ok. The day I go to pick it up, another rep tells me the previous owner replaced the SMG pump which means the previous rep lied to me (mind you in an M3 this can be a very expensive fix upwards of $3000). Regardless I buy the car. 1 week into ownership, the car needed new wiper blades. The old ones left streaks everywhere. The pump for the wiper fluid was not working properly. 1 month latery my car limps in the middle of the road. I later find out that I need a new alternator ($600 for a new alternator btw). 5 months later my biggest fear occurs. The SMG pump failed left me completely stranded in the middle of the road. My mechanic inspected the old pump and he even told me that it doesn't look like the previous owner replaced the pump. so far within less than a year of ownership I have spend 4-5k in repairs. Avoid these guys if you can and place your hard earned money somewhere else.

Spent 20 mins in the showroom....no sales person approached....I opened and closed the car doors opened and closed the hood and the trunk...the fob was on the dash so I pushed the start button...reved the engine and couple times...still nobody....when I got back in my car to leave I notice a guy in a suit looking out the window at me....too bad he could not have found the energy to tell me he would be with me in a few minutes....oh well his loss, I purchased elsewhere.

THEY LIED TO ME , I BOUGHT MERC E350 FROM THEM AND THEY DIDNT MENTION THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF CLAIM ON THAT ,DIDNT PROVIDE ANY BILL OF SALES AND I CANT EVEN SELL MY CAR NOW BECAUSE OF THAT CLAIM .DONT EVER GO TO THESE GUYS
