Buckhorn Berry Farm

My sister and I took her kids to this pumpkin patch, and it was great! We all had a wonderful time! They have plenty of activities to do, from watching a talent show, pumpkins fly out of a cannon, walk through a loopy corn maze, pumpkin bowling, to going on a wagon ride to the actual pumpkin patch where you can pick your own pumpkins! They have a standard food truck on-site offering burgers, hot dogs, fries, poutine, etc. Additionally, they have a dessert truck on-site offering...you guessed it - desserts! Finally, they have a smaller version of their McLean's farmers market on-site where you can purchase already selected and packaged produce, a variety of pies, maple lollipops and candy, and a variety of dairy products.

Pretty expensive for what you get. A couple popcorns and some small pumpkins=$120 for a family of 7. 1 pumpkin could be included in the price to improve for sure. Other aspects are good, we did have fun for sure, just left feeling a little short changed.

Great family friendly activities all year round. I went for strawberry picking. The strawberries were juicy and sweet. Highly recommend taking the tractor trailer ride to the field for picking or you can also choose to walk over, which is equally as nice. Free parking, bring your own or buy baskets at location. Small shop with local goodies when purchasing strawberries. Cash or card accepted.

What a cute place. Came here yesterday for pumpkinfest. Great time. I don't have kids and yet my fiance and I had a wonderful time. The maple popcorn was so yummy and natural tasting! The haunted forest was scary. They say they don't touch you but FYI, they definitely do and it was terrifying haha one actor was breathing on me and leaning into me. Scary! Good day.

Friendly staff on site, fun wagon rides to the field, and port-a-potties in many areas for convenient use.Participates in the Peterborough Gleans program.The store has many tasty sweet treats, sauces, jarring needs, in-season pre-picked produce, and more.

Really nice people, great place, ridiculously cheap pick your own. Loved it, will be back for raspberries in a couple weeks!

Fantastic day at the Buckhorn Pumpkin Festival. Our family has attended every year for probably the last 20 and it improves every year! The Puppet Trainer show (among other things) is a family favorite that we look forward to seeing every time we visit!

Was charged 27.00 for 2 people to just be there food was super over priced, except the kettle corn vendor it was good. There was very little activities for the price was not very impressive. Waste of money for sure pumpkins were also way to expensive most people left them behind when told the prices.

This was such a fun experience for a group of gals on a Bach cottage trip. Lots of great activities for both adults and kids. Loved the pumpkin canon ball and the cider was 10/10!! Def recommend getting it, perfectly tart.
